Overall, nice people, very helpful and pleasant. It was very busy in here but the wait was quicker than I thought. My package did take longer than expected to get there but it wasn't due to the people here.

fed-ex office and print center is a go-to for all of your printing and shipping needs. the selection of printing services and materials is extensive, and the print quality is top-notch. the prices are reasonable, and they often offer discounts and special deals. the staff is also friendly and helpful, making the process quick and easy. overall, i highly recommend fed-ex office and print center to anyone looking for reliable and affordable printing and shipping services.

Jay was the staff member who helped me today. He was very helpful over the phone, I had called about 4 times trying to figure how I could pay for package/supplies for a terminated employee. I called at 9am, 11:30am, then 11:46am, then 12:03pm waiting to give my acct info over the phone, he was kind to put me on hold and help trouble shoot any challenges. Great staff member

James you don’t own the store if the printer is giving out things that I didn’t want printed you should definitely give a refund. I’m a customer … period ! You’re a funny cat. Hope you had a better day then you were having

It’s the second time I go to use the printer machine at this location and they charged me $17.50 for only 8 copies. I called and they said I was getting a refund but it’s been a week and still nothing.

NEVER USING FEDEX AGAIN!Same colored print and 3 different prices?Online-.68Print and go printer (in office) .80Associate print for you $3.50Unbelievable!Registering asks for address and credit card- took me a bit. Usually member registration is simply full name, phone number, and email.Have a busy agenda wanted to print at home while I do errands to have it ready when pick up if up. The earliest was 3pm when I tried to do online at 10am.I rushed to the store because when I tried emailing directly they charge $3.50. I took a picture of the QR CODE, and stood there waiting for the service code email for 10 min, nothing. I reach out to the associate and explained my difficulties, instead of going around to assist he kept asking me "did you try this? That?" I said yes!I was running out of time so I told associate "I sent it to the email" He confirmed and said "yes, I have it here, did you want me to print?" I said yes, because the printer (.80) was not working. So I'm thinking he has good customer service and for my trouble he will print it the same price.He prints and says "your total is $3.50".I tried to explain my f back on the inconvenience I went through and time spent; as an associate he shouldn't argue with a customer or debate. He kept saying "did you see your sent message if it went through? Did u check and fresh" yes and yes. He then went and helped another customer in the middle of my frustrations with my FedEx experience.This isn't the first time.Just for a print. At least staples you email and when u get there, they print and you pay same price and wayyyy cheaper.FedEx don't confuse your customer. I'm pretty technology savvy and if my Dad or mom came in, they'd have a nightmare experience with the workers not providing quality customer service.Tried to call corporate and I got the general customer service line and it took 10 steps to finally get someone I can barely understand.Customer first always work backwards to customers needs. Unless you retrain your customer service/associates and have reliable service I will not be a customer for FedEx.

They only had laser jet and the sent me to another fedex 20 miles away for them to take me that they also didn’t have there printing I wanted.

They don't follow the posted office hours. They had the doors locked and lights off before 7pm.

I was in a rush to get last minute documents printed. I called the office in Santee store 2060 in advance and Edwin assured him or Paul will be available to assist me with the self print service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello from the the staff as well as walked through steps to complete the self printing. In less than 5 minutes I was done and ready to go. I appreciate the hellos and have a nice day, but also very pleased to see the store very clean, and we'll ran like an oiled machine. I too am in customer service and I was shocked to receive such excellent service over a simple print. It's very refreshing to see people with a pleasant smile at their jobs! Great job FedEx office you must be treating your team well! Please give this store and these gentleman my shoutout and words of appreciation! Thank you- I will be back!
