I am all for leaving a bad review or a good review when warranted.
The bad.
I was given a 1 hour from the call center, 2 hour, 6 hour and it ended up being over 24 hours just to get tires mounted. Not on a vehicle, just mounted. I understand vehicle flats take priority but if you also completed my job in between you would meet time guarantees and keep everyone happy.
The good.
The staff were all friendly and transparent. Very apologetic and in the end made it right. Please offer reasonable time lines and do everything to meet them. Especially for a simple job of mounting tires that can be worked in between jobs.
I will be back for future service as long as I can get honesty which I got and better estimates.
Please also give feedback to your after hours call centers to not give time estimates to complete. They stated no more than an hour which due to the nature of the business is not correct. Leave that to the location so this removes the chances of this happening in the future. Thank you

In spite of being very busy, the staff at this location kept everyone moving along. They showed some hustle!
When my service was completed, the technician called me and took the time to go over the results in detail. Then, when I went to pay the bill, Paul, the staff member who rang me up, walked me through the procedure to get the service discount that brought me in that day on the first place. Very positive experience.

Steve peck store manager took my 30%coupon off for no reason i even brought him lunch which is he asked for but this is how he treated me back i couldn’t believe it

Horrible service, left my car for two days straight just for an oil change and nothing got done finally I decided to take my car somewhere else and every time I called they would be rude and just tell me that they only had one technician working.

Firestone contacted me the day after my request for an oil change. They had suggestions but didn’t push the issue. They were helpful.

Absolutely terrible. Had to come back after repair started peaking oil. Staff can't find the car, arguing about them having done it before, trying to charge me for their come back work. The worst possible experience.

I am so pleased to say that I have had the best experience with Firestone. But I did not catch the guys name this morning but he helped me get my jeep in for an alignment. I had no appt and I was desperate due to my wheel was turned left to even go straight. I am so pleased with them and how they made me feel at ease. Thank you Firestone keep up the great work. Your employees are awesome.

This is the place to go. I still come here even after moving 15 miles away. We love the customer service. Steve and Paul are amazing.
We go out of our way to come to this Firestone. We have always received excellent customer service and we have been treated fairly.

A fat old guy he was so behavior i just did told him to do it correctly because last time they didn’t do it correctly and the the alignment they made it wrong and it should be 0.1-3 and when i did it with them got to 0.6 ? and i just did made sure to they do it correctly and he became mad that guy and did slap the table and he did tell me come on be serious ? we not playing around with Attractive voice I didn’t said anything wrong to him ??♂️ and we did trade me bad I didn’t like the way that they talk to the people specially customers

First time in I waited 10 minutes before anyone came out. There was a lady waiting also. I was there probably close to 15-18 minutes total before they got to me. They are very slow there. Maybe they are short handed, I don't know. If they are, you should have more people there for the customers before they don't come back. My car was there from 10 am, (appt time) to almost 6 pm. That's ridiculous! They lost the paperwork for my wife's truck, but then found it in our way out. I didn't even get paperwork printed out for me. I had to print my own from home. One of the guys there, I think, is not very good at his job. I might end up going elsewhere if this keeps up. Just saying.
