They offer great customer service, with clear communication throughout the process. They are super helpful, courteous, and take great care in assessing and repairing computers. They work very well on tasks like data transfer, finding deleted files, performing OS tune-ups, and installing anti-virus software. They are honest about a computer's worth and provide free assessments. The technicians are super quick workers and very friendly, especially to those who are not techie-savvy. Customers report being very satisfied, super happy, and highly recommend the business for their honest and dedicated service.

Very Impressed with the staff at the Santee office. Caring courteous and Knowledgeable. We had taken our computer to a big box company to find the missing or deleted files, sad to say no one could find them . So we took the computer to Tech 2U, Levi was able to find the deleted files and restore them.Thank you

Excellent service! Worked very well to get my data transferred from my old laptop to my new one! Super quick workers and very friendly to those who have no knowledge of laptops or what happens when they break. Highly recommend.
