Very Impressed with the staff at the Santee office. Caring courteous and Knowledgeable. We had taken our computer to a big box company to find the missing or deleted files, sad to say no one could find them . So we took the computer to Tech 2U, Levi was able to find the deleted files and restore them.Thank you

Brought my computer in due to a browser re-direct. Opted for the $50 expedited service. Had a hiccup in communication on day 9. However, Brandon made things right.I got my computer back on day 10 with an OS tune-up, thermal repaste, McAfee removed and Webroot Anti-virus installed! Brandon took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Super happy to have my computer back! Thank you Brandon!

Though the issue I had with my laptop couldn't be replicated by the technicians at Laptops Plus, I am still very satisfied with the customer service and treatment I received. The company stood by their free assessment quote, despite my computer having spent several days with them. I appreciate their time and effort into attempting to fix my computer, as well as how honest they were regarding my computer's worth and future care of it. Many thanks! I will return again one day I am sure.

Brandon, Tech Expert, is very knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to answer questions and provide instruction. He did a great job setting up my laptop and running a diagnostic on another computer. Highly recommend him and this business! Levi, Regional Mgr, provided assistance in choosing laptop.
