Lloyd's was a great place to get my brand new mach-e repaired. They were very helpful and friendly getting me through the process of having my beautiful new car repaired after I was rear ended by a tow truck.

Best staff!! Every person I've spoken with is friendly, attentive and communication is above and beyond. They kept me up to date and thoroughly explained every step of the process. They went to bat for us with our insurance company who wanted to cut corners to save money. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a dent on my Tesla repaired here. Excellent service and communication throughout the process. Their estimated date of completion ended up being the exact date it was ready too. Their lobby was comfy, nicely cooled on the hot day I arrived, and I was offered coffee while waiting. Highly recommendService: Painting

The people at Lloyds are absolutely amazing. They take customer service to a whole new level. I had my Sprinter van repaired for a minor collision and they did an excellent job took care of every detail we had a few glitches along the way Amanda, one of the managers personally helped an executed, the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with a Collision shop they stand behind their work and they work very hard to make the customer happy if you go there please tell Amanda I said hello and that I think she is amazing Five stars is not enough for the customer care and smiles. Keep up the good work you have an amazing energy.

I brought my truck in for some paint work from a shop related incident. I also asked Amanda about an unrelated scratch but decided to wait to get the repairs done on that. I dropped off on Monday and they said it should be a week or week and a half. Luckily I called today (Wednesday) and they said it should be ready tomorrow. Great work and excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend to everyone!Services: Painting

Impeccable customer service and attention to detail. Extremely high quality work. I had my 2018 f150 completely repainted and the work they did and the guidance throughout the entire process was 200% great communication directly from the owner to the customer needless to say I'm am extremely satisfied with my choice in Lloyd's!Service: Painting

Our family are "frequent flyers" at Lloyds. We keep coming back because of the exceptional service that Lloyds provides in its entirety. Lloyds employs master craftsman that are experienced artisans that will transform your vehicle to better than the day it was brand new. Its not just the great work they do, but the entire customer experience. They always meet their commitments, the project is complete when they say it will be done or sooner. If you need a rental car Lloyds has a relationship with a provider and the rental car will be waiting for you at their shop when you need it and the rental car company will pick it up from there when you come to pick up your car. If you need more work done than originally anticipated, Lloyds will work directly with your insurer as a trusted facility to adjust your claim. Truly a extraordinary and exemplary customer experience speacialist. Lloyds is invovled in the community and gives support to a number or organizations and causes. Lloyds is a family run operation with deep roots in the region, you will not find more engaged business leaders. Thank you Lloyds for all that you do, your community is grateful and in your debt!

Well I'm going to be as Fair as I can, I took some time off to think it through and be very reasonable with this evaluation. Small dent on outside of fairly new truck so I take it in after making appointment with Robert a week before. I bring it in a week later drop it off in the next day we get a ton of rain and there are multiple accidents but people that probably shouldn't be driving in the rain or whatever anyway they wanted me to postpone my repair for a month and I said no, I made an appointment it should be first come first serve. Well 2 weeks later after a lot of these other cars that were in accidents got repaired they decided to do mine so I guess it's not first come first serve and my insurance was on it it took over a week to get a quote. The person working with me on my truck was Perla she was sweet over the phone but when I had noticed a small scratch on the repaired section of the truck she immediately said no that was there when I brought it in and I told her no it wasn't and they repaired everything except that one trim with a scratch and she immediately went into defensive mode and said it was there prior then she looks at her pictures of the work two days after I drop it off and she says oh well these pictures were taken two days after you dropped it off, I said well that's probably when it got scratched prior to your pictures, unfortunately I took pictures of the damage but not the trim but I am very picky with my truck and I know it wasn't there and she said I'll have the owner call you and of course he didn't then I came back with my truck after trying to be cool about it and there's a bolt in the tire which was not there prior now the operations guy a young Asian guy was very helpful and very professional unlike Perla who was very defensive and was annoyed by anything I had to say , very unprofessional. They got the tire fixed pretty quick as I waited and a very nice guy that works their name Vic older guy looks like a veteran of that company and said is there anything else that's bothering you with the truck I said yeah the scratch and then he said I'll get some paint and give it a quick touch up and he touched it up and he knew I was upset and he said look it's a truck and I said I get it I just don't like bringing things in to come out worse than they were but he was very professional and I'm not going to make any more of this but I'm definitely not going to give them five or four stars they did not earn it and they have a very good reputation but Perla ruined it since she was on the defensive the whole time and did not even want to deal with me so I will not be returning to this establishment ever again and I will make sure everybody knows since I'm a local in Santee. I did not have rental insurance since I just changed my insurance so that would have cost me a lot of money but a friend loan me his car so this could have gotten really expensive. I told Perla as she rolled her eyes that I drove by several times the day after I brought my truck in and there were cars everywhere so maybe somebody scratched it bumped it whatever but they should have taken care of it instead of getting defensive and trying to cover it up. They had tow trucks blocking the intersection moving cars from the rain damage into their lot they had them parked all over the neighborhood I'm sure something just scratched it but they didn't need to be cheap about it.UPDATE 8/22/23If something is not right please give these guys the chance to correct before posting here or wherever. Bob Jr is a class act and he will go out of his way to keep their good reputation and service 5 stars. I had to re adjust my 2 star to a 5 star. Made my truck look new. Growing up in East County Lloyd's Collision Santee has always had a great reputation in quality of work. I chose to be there Customer and the quality of work was great and I am very satisfied. I would especially like to thank Britney and Haven for being knowledgeable, honest, and providing great customer service by communicating timelines and any dilemmas. However, I would like to acknowledge Bobby. Bobby failed to be knowledgeable, honest, and did not provide customer service at all. He actually created a problem because his lies. When I dropped the car off he told me it would be 3 weeks. 2 weeks in he tells me the shipped parts were damaged and another one would have to be ordered so it would be another week on a Wednesday; so 4 weeks instead of 3. I understand things happen and was more than ok with it. I call again on the Friday before to confirm Wednesday is the correct date and tells me he isn't sure now on the timeline and to call him before the shop closes around 5. Bobby told me he is off at 530 and I called multiple times and no one picks up. This is the moment I become irritated because the back and forth timeline and an agreed time to expect my call was not held up on his end. The following week I get a hold of Bobby. By the way Bobby never calls you. You have to call Bobby. He tells me that no one has been working on my car. In fact the guy that was supposed to come in on Saturday to work on it never showed up and also did not show up Monday. Bobby is apologizetic and tells me he will he will call me back with a timeline. I never receive a call and now we are passed the 4 week mark of when the car is supposed to be done. I call again the following day and speak with Britney. I find out that the shop is closed on the weekend and the guy that was supposed to be there on Monday to work on my car was in fact there. So Bobby just lied to cover the fact that he is clueless which created me the customer to be pissed off at Lloyd's Collision. Britney and Haven let me know it would be done within the next 2 weeks and which process of repair the vehicle is in. They didn't call me everyday but they communicated 2 to 3 times throughout the 2 weeks and were efficient. Bobby is bad at his job and I can see customers having bad experiences and not wanting to come back. He is liability to Lloyd's Collision and I would hate to see him hurt the business.

Armando went above and beyond to help me. I only went in for an estimate, and he knew likely I wasn't going to get the work done, but he gave me detailed information on how to handle my situation and was extremely honest. He has 40(?) years or so in the business and understands the ins-and-outs, from the work itself to how insurance works. I had follow up questions which he also made himself readily available to answer. This alone sets the shop apart for me, especially after getting estimates and dealing with other shops. I didn't necessarily have bad experiences, but I definitely had a much better experience here. Other shops emailed me the estimate much later, sometimes with me having to remind them after a couple days. Here, I got it done in 15 or 20 minutes. Also, this specific location has a super cozy lounge.

After a communication misunderstanding Bob Jr contacted me and was very upset about the communications mess up.. He got me a rental for several days and made my truck paint like new with touching up and fixing a few minor issues mentioned in my first observation and posting. He couldn't change the original complaint but he did make it much better with great family service and good honest concerns for the customers. I was pissed! He made it all better. If something is not right please give these guys the chance to correct before posting here or wherever. Bob Jr is a class act and he will go out of his way to keep their good reputation and service 5 stars. I had to re adjust my 2 star to a 5 star. Thanks Lloyds!

Lloyd’s is the best body shop in San Diego. They are family owed and even make you feel like family while you’re in their shop. Brittney, Rob, Vanessa and Mike are always willing to take our call- claims follow up - or to check on how long parts will take. We Rob even came to help my dad fix his door on a Friday night when my son messed up the child lock.Now when something is “wrong” with our car, even my 3rd old son says “just call Rob!”They are the best and once you use them, you will think so too!Services: Painting
