I like this location. They have added more staff to help. Larry helped us. He is a veteran and they wear special vests identifying them as such. Which is a nice sentiment. Don't forget you can register for a military discount as well.

A very frustrating experience with our small kitchen remodel. It's been 10 months of a bureaucratic nightmare and no accountability. Counters came out terrible. Cabinets needed lots of work arounds. Lowe's even agreed the final product looks hideous yet everyone has been passing the blame/buck. No integrity to advocate a resolution for the customer. A truthfully regretful decision choosing Lowes.

I am impressed by the friendliness and good service of this store, their associate Mike G, in carpentry, helped us a lot, was very patient with us and accompanied us throughout our process. It was my first time in this type of store and now I don't want to change it. Thank you very much for your good good service. I would definitely recommend it with my eyes closed.

As contractor I spend thousands at HD. I’ve never liked buying from Lowe’s. Why? Many years ago I bought a tool and retuned it with receipt in sealed box after a couple of days. They couldn’t believe it hadn’t been opened so check and rechecked and questioned then returned with disgust and attitude. I felt embarrassed. A year ago I purchased a garden hose nozzle. It went bad after a couple of month so I replaced it and bought an extra one. Fast forward 4-5 months they both went bad again. Tried returning to buy a different brand they said there’s nothing they can do it’s past 90 days! Call the manufacturer! Don’t sell items if they’re garbage and you refuse to stand behind it. I will now stop buying period from Lowe’s.

6/3/2024 Wow ! Lowe"s has alot of great items. I went to the paint section. Too many workers & no one didn't helped me at all. I asked for help on searching for the right paint, & that worker told me that is not my department. I have noticed that there's were gossiping & fooling around, & no one available to help. So I walked away. This is horrible, & I will not come back.

Yes, love this place easily returns. Staff friendly, compared prices and a little less than Home Depot. When I scheduled a delivery we where have trouble with are bank card the customer service was unbelievably so patient with us stayed on hold. We had to go in and pay but that was so easy as well. The gals in returns saw that the line was getting long and came quickly to help others it was nice to see that they care so much about their customers

Forget about trying for store credit anymore! Even with a valid driver’s license or ID you can’t get store credit. Even for an item that’s under $15.00. Management is going to loose a lot of business and customers due to this outrageous change. I don’t blame our great customer service staff they awesome, but management that is no longer allowing this should be embarrassed. I understand that we live in a state that allows criminals to walk out with items and not pay for them but don’t put that on loyal hard working customers to miss out of the wonderful benefits of shopping there to receive store credit!
I. Know I know, I have to take one for the team due to these new policies.
At least I have many other choices to freely shop and receive store credit elsewhere…..for now.
