It serves as a one-stop shop for party supplies, crafts, gifts, and decor for various holidays and traditions. The employees are generally described as nice, friendly, and helpful. Staff members are willing to offer cool tips and ideas for projects and assist with services like the self-checkout, coupons, and vouchers. Customers appreciate the option to order online for same-day or next-day pickup, and the store handles exchanges for defective items efficiently. However, some shoppers note that shelves can be a little empty, and waiting for assistance to obtain merchandise or access locked items can diminish the shopping experience.
