O'Reilly's Santee has friendly staff that deserve high marks for their all around professionalism..... Tracking down needed parts and making sure they do all they can do for their customers. I enjoy visiting this store.

Came in to get two things, fiancé and I were having a conversation during checking out how stupid prices are while the Hispanic lady that has her reddish hair in a bun, with red ear phones and glasses interjected her self into our conversation being a smart alec saying “this isn’t twenty years ago “…. Then my boyfriend says you can get it cheaper on Amazon. I continue to talk to my fiancé because she obviously got offended and took it personal, we know she can’t help it, didn’t set the prices and we all know how stupid prices have went up, hence why the conversation was between him and I. Then to top it off on the way out she says to go order it on Amazon! Of course, I’m not going to entertain her, was just a little flabbergasted at her because we were not even talking about her or to her in the first place. I’m happy she loves her job to the point she feels like she has to defend the prices and get smart with people but this is professional environment and with type of character it makes bad customer service for the store.

This review is for the service Jeremy provided me today. It was pouring rain and of course one of my wiper blades was missing. Jeremy not only helped me figure out what type I needed but he stood in the rain and replaced them for me!! It wasn't just sprinkling it was pouring cats and dogs. He was more than fine with it, and didn't make me feel bad. I had my toddler with me in the car and we were in a hurry and he went above and beyond! Thank you so much Jeremy!!

Sold me the incorrect part and will not do a return because of broken plastic clips trying to make it work thinking it was my fault. Thank goodness for Auto Zone.

Manager Cesar went above and beyond in customer care and service! He verified my purchase was the right make/model for my car, saving me an unnecessary trip back for an exchange. He even installed a cabin filter for me, saving me $$$.

My grandfather taught me at a young age to find a go to guy for for specific needs. My auto guy is Mike. If he doesn't know he will help me find the answer. The guy he works with ( Jonathan ), he's not bad either. They are always helpful in whatever I'm looking for, from cleaning products to repair and maintenance under the hood, my first stop is always here.
