I would give them a negative star if I could I brought my vehicle in there months ago to have the AC repaired spent $1500 the AC does not work nor have they done anything to get this repaired after multiple calls to the regional manager and store manager Yet still nothing is done. Do not go there bad business practices.

Good experience ..but the employees are a little on the hard side with a serious undertone they don't smile and the don't know how to kid around.i was just trying to give a little levety but it fell in deft ears .quite frankly a little to serious and grumpy .

Dropped in with a battery light on. Turned out to be much more than a battery but they got everything fixed that day. No appointment. They were great!!

I walked in before 10am this morning looking to have my oil changed. I was told by Daniel that there was no availability at all today. I was confused as the website said the next appointment available was at noon. When I questioned this I was told the website is wrong and usually is. As I was leaving I decided to go ahead and schedule something for Monday. Imagine my surprise when I see that from 12pm on the schedule was WIDE OPEN. So I booked an appointment for noon, today. I received both a confirmation email and text. I also sent an email to Pep Boys customer service letting them know what is happening at that store, that customers are being lied to and turned away. An hour later I received a call from Daniel telling me that he saw I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for today online and that they already had several appointments booked at that time so he was going to go ahead and cancel. I'm not even sure why I was considering keeping this appointment knowing that they have dishonest staff, but Daniel did me a favor. I definitely dodged a bullet.

Had a great experience. The guy at rhe front desk was nice, my car feels better after getting the service done & the price was right.Just be aware that they, like almost everyone else. Are SHORT STAFFED, so be prepared to drop your car off, go shopping across the street (lots of stores nearby) or sit there for a few hours. Yelling or being rude will not change the fact that there are other cars in front of yours. Please be kind.

Great service, my company vehicle went in for brakes but when the tech inspected the brakes it also needed rotors. Pep boys also kept me up to date during the entire process.

Stopped in late in the evening on a Saturday with a stripped lug nut and a flat tire. David, the most awesome technician ever, helped us fix the flat tire and remove the stripped lug nut. Since he was so busy he didn't have a mechanic to work on it and did the work himself at no charge. I am a Pep Boys customer for life and David is the greatest.
