I Love this Pecto??The only reason why I giving this Santee Location 5 Stars ? is cause of the girl at the cashier "Kara" Kara was so helpful helping me find/adjust the right size Harness for my two lil dogs. My boys ?love they're new harness? thanks to Kara She was Very Patient, Helpful, Well Spoken and over all the Best Customer Service you'll ever experience. Give her a raise?

The vet & the vet assistants are all very caring & helpful. My dog Chloe loves her Doctor at Petco & we both appreciate that she's feeling so much better now! Plus, the treats & all the love helps too!

I had a grooming appointment scheduled weeks in advance and drove 45 minutes just to go in and find out their salon was closed with no notice at all. no call, no cancellation, nothing

Everyone was very friendly and kind. My pup was a bit nervous but they were very good at playing with him while doing the exam and gave us treats too help ease his anxiety

This is my go to Petco location. What I need for my cat is always in stock. Every employee really cares about your pet(s). Jenn is my favorite employee, it is always a pleasure to talk to her. I’m just gonna go ahead and say Jenn deserves a raise this new year!

Beth is wonderful! She does an awesome job cutting my boy’s hair, both Kapono and Kai. She takes very good care of them. They’ve been through alot & it’s not easy for me to easily trust anyone with my babies. THANK YOU Beth for taking wonderful care of my babies and being gentle and patient with them. Also, the whole team are very nice and welcoming. Your job isn’t easy - it takes a very talented, patient, kind human being who loves animals to this what you all do. MAHALO…THANK YOU!

I seem to have very bad luck at this particular location. The last 3 times I’ve been in there has never been anyone available to help me. There is only one person working the register. Today I went in for feeder fish and after waiting for a while I finally had to ask the only person working the register (with a long line) if someone could help me get the fish. He said to give him a second and he’d get me help. After waiting 25 mins I finally went to an area marked for employees only and poked my head in to see if someone was available to help me. That is when the lady came out and told me they were not selling any fish at the moment because they got a new shipment and something about how it would stress the fish out. Mind you we were wanting feeder fish which they had hundreds of. I ended up leaving with a very disappointed eight-year-old and 2 hungry ducks. Same thing happened the prior time we went in for fish and I ended up scooping them out myself that time. Which is why we won’t be going back again. PetSmart seems to have plenty of staff available to help.
