5:30p right now, posted hrs are to 6p and he won’t open his door, despite two customers waiting outside. “Well, i only get paid to work to 6p and I have lots of things to do…”Maybe the owners should either change their hrs, come in and help out, or find someone who can get their job done a little faster.

Been trying to pick up packages since Friday March 25th. Monday the 28th I stop by again to find this note. So did my packages get stolen? If not when can I get them? Called the store number and a recording says they can not take our call but leave a message. The waiting game begins I suppose. ?

I had a horrible experience at the Postal Annex in Santee (Mission Gorge). The employee had a horrible attitude and tried to refuse my packages. She then took them hesitantly and threw them onto a cart with “attitude”. I use Postal Annex daily and I have never had such a bad experience. I will never use this location again. Go to another Postal Annex to steer clear of a bad person. To add on top of this all, she talked very badly about the other employees and stated she hasn’t been back since Covid with major attitude. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!! There are good people everywhere that love to help you. This is not one of those places. She is wearing a Maroon Postal Annex shirt.

Postal Annex+ provides great services. I've used them on two recent occasions. Once for Notary Service and the other was for passport photos. Both times the staff helped me quickly and efficietly.
