This facility is amazing - it is clean, organized and secure. I intermittently have to use this storage facility and had the pleasure of dealing with John and Raymond and both have exceptional customer service and exceed expectations. They go above and beyond to help customers and are very knowledgeable and provide clear and concise information. Kudos to this team of superstars and wonderful facility! Thanks - N

Great front office staff. Straightforward pricing and super clean facility. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. Also the area is secured!

I had a great inital experience when renting my storage unit at the Santee location. Raymond was more then accommodating to my needs, took me on a tour to view the different units and signed me up providing one of the best customer services I have received. So far I am very please and highly recommend this place when storing. Oh FYI they have RV parking and also offer self car wash service which is a bonus.

Best storage facility I have used. The staff is great & so is the facility. Raymond & Jesus are the best. So helpful and always pleasant. Bathroom is open during business hours.

Nice place, good value for the price (compared to some other nearby facilities). And decent gate hours. I only wish they sprayed more often for spiders. When I first rented here, I walked straight into a spiderweb hanging in the middle of the empty unit and later found a dead spider body right outside the rollup door. Also, my friend, who was helping me move, punched my code into the keypad to exit the facility, and a gigantic spider crawled onto his hand. For someone who is extremely arachnophobic - not a huge fan of these incidents.

Been using the storage facility for a couple years now. They've gone through a lot of changes as far as adding additional buildings. Prices are reasonable but more importantly, the facility feels very secure. I've never had any problems unlike some of the other storage facilities in East County. You can get in facility pretty early in the morning. And it's up until about 845 at night to get any thing you might need to get. They have a dump station for RVs, and a power wash would recommend for anybody looking for storage needs in East County.

Not the best choice for storage of your property in santee.Plenty of shady people loitering the parking lots, smoking, drinking, working on there junky cars or sleeping in there junky cars. Like what is this a junkyard or a homeless camp?And the worst part is my unit got broken into. And they show all the camera positions right when you walk into the front office, Really great way to show all the criminals what and how to avoid the cameras!!!!The young man at the front desk is rude and short unless a higher up is there with him. Worst experience I have ever had at a storage facility.

Nice facility located right off the highway. Very clean and quiet. Managed to move the remains of one storage unit into another (both rented by same person) to consolidate his items. A truly masterful event only rivaled by the Cirque du Soleil or the feng shui organizers of reality tv fame (see photo of unit packed to ceiling lol).
