Came to donate so this is only on the donation center, especially since this isn’t my local branch. Donating was an easy process, they have signs directing you towards the back, but it could be better. Did not accept most of my items, which is fine since everywhere has their own guidelines, but didn’t really feel welcome dealing with the attendants there. No smiles, greetings or overall good customer service on that front (interactions felt rude, even if that’s not the attendant’s intentions), which was uncomfortable to deal with.

I’ve been shopping at The Salvation Army for over six years, and I just wanted to take a moment to recognize two wonderful employees who have always made my experience special - Shamira and Rob.
My late husband and I used to come in together all the time, and Shamira and Rob were always so kind to both of us. They treated us like friends, not just customers. Even now, years later, they still greet me with the same warmth and friendliness. Their kindness and great customer service always made us feel welcome and made us want to keep coming back.
Over the past year, they’ve done a wonderful job reorganizing the store. It’s now so much more open, clean, and easy to shop. Everything feels well put together and inviting.
Shamira and Rob always made us feel welcome and appreciated. I can’t thank them enough for that. People like them truly make a difference.
Thank you both for all the kindness you’ve shown over the years.

This location sends all of their good items to be sold elsewhere or online. In the 20+ times I have been here I have not found one remotely name brand bag and barely any electronics.

Great store, a crew that went above and beyond with finding me a 3xl shirt and tie for a funeral. It was half off them score!! The employee named Rob was so kind he let me cry on his shoulder outside. The manager when to bat for my situation. I wish them the best, and God bless.

Disappointed that management and her staff continue to allow a particular reseller to go in the back and help herself first to the name brand clothes and especially the shoes. She comes out from the back with a cart of shoes like she works for Salvation Army after going through the shoes first and keeping in the back what she wants. She piles all her items in a cart and they dont item by item cash her out but rather charge her in bulk. When did this store become like Goodwill bins where its sold by the pound? Male cashier told me once it's because she spends hundreds of dollars. I've seen her personally buy drinks for the staff from McDonald to get in good with the staff to allow her to continue this behavior. Why can't she like other resellers go to auctions to get her merchandise? This has been going on ever since a particular female manager has been working there.

Service is great, the prices are amazing! I got 9 items and it came out to $40 while at a regular store, it would be $140!
Money goes to good causes. Way better than Goodwill.

Does not accept appliances running or not. Obviously no freon is ever released from a running appliance and therefore not hazardous. As a graduate, I can also tell you their new policy has permanently removed the job of appliance tester from their rehabilitation center. No longer doing the most good and not worth donating to anymore.

Love this store. Have bought several old pieces of furniture here that have added character to my apartment. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful.

Normally it's a good experience, but lately customer service has been rude and lacking. As well theres one cashier for the whole store. I didn't see anyone else to help. Google says they close at 9 but they close way earlier. Sometimes up to 2hrs early on the weekends.
