First time at a Laundry mat, the lady that works here is absolutely the most helpful worker I have ever come across. Super sweet, walked me through the whole process every step of the way.....THANK YOU KARMA FOR ALL YOUR HELP

7/15/23 As stated by other reviewers, there really are a lot of washers and dryers that are out of order. It kind of creates a negative atmosphere.My issue is the lack of AC on a 90 degree Santee summer day, and ONE fan operating is not cutting it. The second one is probably "out of order" as well. 3 stars is generous!
