I made a 3:30 app today , waited all day . To tell me the nail technician “just left” and no one else helped me or even try to tell me that my appointment was canceled. The woman forgot to get my number very unprofessional. I waited all day for this appointment just to tell me that it was canceled. ZERO STARS ! FUHH ONE STAR! YOU DONT DESERVE IT.

The ladies were initially nice; however, as they worked, I was asking that they fix a couple things: 1) there were little hairs/cotton strands under some nail polish which they applied on the nail, 2) one of them was not applying the top coat on all my nail, and 3) the edges of the nails were smudged. They kept saying they will fix it, and they didn’t. I called someone else to come and apply a top coat on the entire nail instead of half of it cause the lady helping me wasn’t listening to me, and she came and applied very thick layers of top coat and wouldn’t fix the smudged parts, but instead added more top coat to cover it up. I kept telling her it doesn’t look good and it won’t dry it when it’s that thick, but she kept arguing. Eventually, I told them I won’t pay for this service because they’re not fixing what I’ve been asking them to fix all along. The lady then started yelling at me and saying she did her best and I can’t accuse her of not fixing things if I just don’t wanna pay. I told her to stop yelling several times and she wouldn’t stop yelling and started going to the other customer wanting to prove me wrong to which I said I won’t engage in this and I need to go. Below are a few pictures. My nails immediately got dents in them because the layers of polish were so thick and wouldn’t dry out. Terrible customer service and work ethic. Would never go back. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager wouldn’t respond.
Last picture is how my nails look after they did a “manicure”. I removed the nail polish and my nails don’t look neat and my cuticles hurt.

I always get my pedicures here as well as my eyebrows waxed. They do a great job and have a very fair price. Everyone is so nice! I've been going here for years. Never have I had any issues.

The ladies here always do a fantastic job. The shop doesn't smell of overpowering nail polish like many others. Their price is reasonable and they always get me in on short notice.

If I could give a zero star review I would! Do not EVER get a French tip pedicure here. The literal worst! It looked like my 10 year old did it! Actually my 10 year old probably could have done a better job! My daughter got a full set manicure and the lady took 2 hours and it's horrible! Crooked nails and everything! Save your money and go somewhere else.

Love that there was no wait time, but didn’t get the services I wanted. I wanted an acrylic overlay but was told there was no time. Mind you it’s barely 3 pm and this place closes at 7. There was also only one other person in the salon. Will be looking elsewhere for mail servicesServices: Pedicure

Came in for a pedicure and acrylic nails today and so so happy I did! Mai and the other nail tech were so kind and thorough, prices were fair and reasonable and the outcome is beautiful! Thank you ladies, I will be back!
