A truly wonderful experience at this place. The staff are always present and ready to help at any time, showing genuine care for the children and their well-being. The facility is very clean and organized, creating a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. When we are with our kids, the staff engage with them kindly, play with them, and give small gifts that make the children very happy. The activities and classes are well structured, and it’s clear that the management pays attention to details to ensure everything runs smoothly. Overall, everything is excellent in terms of cleanliness, service, and staff care. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and safe environment for their children.

“I stopped in this Sephora to pick up a gift card for a basket I’m putting together for work and ended up wandering around way longer than I planned. They really do have a little bit of everything – makeup, skincare, hair products, and lots of perfume. I loved seeing shoppers of all ages, from teens to older women, all trying things out. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the beauty advisors in black aprons walking around made it feel like there was always a makeup artist nearby if you had a question. There are tons of samples and testers, which is nice when you’re used to ordering online and can’t actually touch or swatch anything. It even brought back memories of coming here with my daughter in her high school/college years. Great store with a big inventory – plan to spend some time browsing!”

If I could give 0 stars that would be my rating . Do not buy perfumes from this store ! I don’t know if they dilute them or what they do to them but I purchased a perfume from them that I had tried on at a different location and the smell wouldn’t last like it did from the other store . I tried returning it and they wouldn’t let me . Then my mom purchased a perfume there recently and same thing happened…. The perfume is supposed to be the “intense” version, and the smell is soooo faint and goes away in minutes. Again … they wouldn’t let us return it .

Needed foundation to cover tattoos and bruises on arms. They were super helpful to color match. It’s super important that any/all cosmetics are vegan & not tested on animals. The associate was able to check (they have a binder with all the info!) and confirm for me that the product was indeed fully vegan. Thanks(:

I frequent this store very often as it is close to home. I have never had a negative customer service related experience. The employees both male and female are always very helpful and patient and never fail to greet me when I walk in. Mary is exceptional and goes above and beyond and is very friendly, approachable and always smiling! I love the energy at this store! Keep up the great work!

My experience wasn’t good enough to give a 5 stars rating, cause while checking out a young boy was on the cashier was very helpless to give me information about the products that i ask him for, in the first impression he didn’t welcome me in, i think he’s racist or don't appreciate serving women, he was just rushing me to pay without even a smile on his face, i would like to talk with a manager there but i was in a hurry unfortunately, this behavior is not acceptable, if his a boy not appreciating selling a sephora product that specifically have a big target of women so why you here in that job, and he was yawning before and while serving me. If you are sleepy you can get a rest, he was very lazy to serve and gave me a boring feeling instead of the other girls smiling and asking if i want help. Please just move from this position cause we are coming all along this way and spending money to be well treated and to be welcomed by beautiful faces and energetic people.

It seems I should have read the reviews before going to this location. I went into location two separate times thinking the service I received the first time was a fluke. Not the case the second time I received the same service. Impatient and not very knowledgeable, it didn’t make for a good experience.
