I can not believe these people how they do business, they hardly answer a call . It takes them forever to get your order done. They give you all kind of excuses. Staff and whoever running the business they think they are doing you a favor. Last time dealing with sharp they are overrated .

They are rude play the power game with seniors even to pick up pair of glasses the don’t have 10.00 minutes to spare they feed of the sharp business from the doctors next door and over charge Medicare and copay DONT GO THERE find another place where they are kind and caring and you will save on your copay

The lousiest eye exam I have ever had. for $572 the glasses came in and I could barely un-cross my eyes. Dr. Tam did a terrible job checking my eyes and really screwed up the prescription. Now I have to pay another $133 per eye glass (2) to maybe get them straightened out. GO TO COSTCO !
