First and foremost the bed is amazing. Setting my sleep number was easy and I can change it in a moment if I desire more firm or soft feel. Jessica (no longer works there) was amazing and helped us with our selection which turned out to be the i8. Delivery and set up went without a hitch and we slept wonderfully the very first night. This would have gotten an easy 5 stars but to incentivize our purchase that night Jessica made some promises to seal the deal, and wrote them on the contract. We were supposed to get a set of sheets and controller in a couple of days. Unfortunately Jessica was no longer their to assure the promise was met and after months of trying to resolve this I have given up and writing my review. I suggest you do not buy and walk out of this store on a promise. The bed was worth it just sorry the service was not.

Just went in to browse and check prices. Enough said - I walked out after doing major purchases. Really nice, friendly store, and Brian was a lot of help. He was not pushy, just went over all possibilities with me on comfort levels.

I will update this review after my bed is configured properly so far, so good, had some issues, but they have been solved. The staff was polite ,always pay attention to any promos because sometimes they could be missed, and you will have to deal with customer service, and they are very helpful. I do love their beds , I have endured five back surgeries, and so far their beds provide me with the most relief, my first bed was a California king and lasted me 27 years with some parts during that time, staff was friendly and helpful in some ways, as I said, I will update this review after my bed is configured properly.

Brian had the answers to all of our questions. He helped us pick out the perfect bed and was very knowledgeable about all of the functions of the products. He even checked up with us a couple of weeks after receiving our bed to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. If you're even thinking about getting a sleep number don't hesitate to call or go check them out. Ask for Brian!

I am so happy I decided to go to the Santee Sleep Number store. I'd done my research and knew the bed I wanted but it was great having the opportunity to actually lie on the bed and experience how absolutely wonderful it felt. I got fantastic service by the friendly and helpful Brian who also gave me an awesome price. My only disappointment was how long it was going to take for the bed to be delivered. I made my concern known and Brian told me he would follow-up with the delivery team the following day. I am happy to report that in less than a week I got the delivery date I wanted (more than three weeks earlier than when I was originally scheduled). I highly recommend this store the service is excellent and the sales staff are pleasant and reliable.

Got a climate i360. The store was friendly and helpful. However the installation was a nightmare. The techs could not get the bed to work from day one. The Bluetooth wouldn't connect to the technicians or our phones. Day 2, the bed just quit, and we could not adjust the hardness or softness or temperature or the presets. It was a over price regular bed. Day 5 it just started turning on the heat and changing the firmness all on its own. Day 9 the bed quit again. After dozzens of calls and 3 technicians later they swap out the pump and now I don't have the button to adjust the bed at all on the app. They said it will take 2 weeks to fix. Meanwhile no one can sleep in the bed because it has a mind of its own. Customer Support on the phone has been mostly helpful and nice. A few in my oppinion should not be in customer service. So here we are, with a $11,000 bed that no one can use. Should have gotten a purple mattress istead. Absolutely would not recommend.

I purchased the sleep number bed back in 2020 at Santee store; this bed is very expensive!!! I have yet to have a restful sleep in this bed. I get up a lot of times with back aches, then the snoring feature doesn’t even work. I got a voicemail from Jessica today at sleep number at the Santee store about upgrading. When I called back I spoke to Allen who is the store manager. the experience I had with him was horrible!!!! I told him I wasn’t happy with the bed and paid too much for a bed that supposedly supposed to give you a good night sleep; he was Unsympathetic and told me that he wasn’t there for the transaction so he had no Sympathy for me….. WHAT are you serious…What kind of answer is that especially from a manager. He was just plain rude and had no customer service. I’ve had better customer service with workers at Walmart. I definitely will never suggest anybody to get a sleep number. I had a Tempur-pedic before I got the sleep number And I never had a problem with my Tempur-pedic bed. My suggestion is to go with Tempur-pedic not sleep number horrible horrible horrible!!!

My wife was sold a mattress for our RV that didn't work and after returning it and paying 345.00 as the 100 night free thing is BS, the finance company sent her to collections saying we still owed them like 600 bucks and regardless of the proof we send them they are still coming. This does not reflect on any particular store as she called them directly just to get taken advantage of. Proceed with caution

It was a very informative visit. We already knew we wanted a Sleep Number bed, we just needed a knowledgeable person to assist us in finding the best one for us. A very pleasant experience.

After spending a week’s vacation on Maui, Hawaii on a different bed and coming home to our old mattress we decided to go explore the benefits of a Sleep Number bed. We had heard great reviews and testimonies from friends who owned them. Our salesperson “D” at the store in Santee, CA spent the entire afternoon with us both. After testing all models and taking a small walk outside to review all our options we went back in and closed the deal. We ended up spending more than what we intended to do – but realizing that this would be our last investment in a bed, we both decided to get the added benefits now included into our model for this purchase. We can’t wait to have this new bed delivered and set up! Thank you “D” for all your extra help and insights to provide the guidance in our decision making!
