Came in with a broken and patch job on my rimless glasses. This was fixed quickly with only a small wait by such kind and helpful staff who helped point out possible problem points in my frame for the future too.

The person who booked my eye appt did not tell me these are hybrid eye examinations. I get there to be told that I will be examined by a virtual doctor. I tell the employee that I was not told about the virtual examination. His answer "it seems someone did not do their job, I have no control over that". So rude and unprofessional. The exam lenses were dirty, the mirror to see the letters were dirty. The exam was a mess with no interaction to a onsite doctor. The onsite doctor is only there on Tuesdays. The prices are also misleading. I was told that the price was another $280.00 due to my prescription. The overall total would have been 500$ for two pairs of glasses. Which is not worth it for the cheap frames that they sell. Designer? What designer?! These frames look cheap for the price. Did not purchase any glasses and the exam was a waste of money. I am almost certain that the prescription is wrong. Never coming back here again. DO NOT COME HERE!

I brought in a pair of sunglasses to have a screw replaced. I was helped by Nick. Such a friendly guy and did not charge me. Next time I need my eyes checked I will for sure go here!
