I've been going to Star Nails for years and I can't say enough good things about them all! Sophie is always so welcoming to myself and my daughter! They are great at what they do, very fast and extremely friendly! This is my nail place for life!

They’re great! They do a beautiful job with my gel manis and pedis. What I especially appreciate is that I have thin nails, so I always ask that they hand buff my nails pre-gel instead of use the tool, and they are super respectful my concern, and do a fantastic job! I’m going on week three of my gel manicure and besides natural growth, there’s not a single chip or edges that peel or catch. Great job!

I can't say anything about how good their pedicures are because I just called to see if they take walk ins. I was told yes and then I asked if it was a good time to visit now and silence...So I asked, at what time might be best and received an exacerbated sigh. So I said, I don't have to come at all and hung up. Maybe work on your phone skills if you want to get more business.

Cleanliness: I thought the shop was new because it was so clean. When I asked the ladies how long the business has been there, they said twenty years.
Stylist: Helen did my pedicure. She was Great!

I believe the lady I had was named Nicki. She was wonderful and not rough at all during my pedicure. The whole experience was good and I will be going back cause it’s hard to find people whole are gentle. The front desk staff was also super nice and welcoming

Requested style: Repair of prior poor job of acrylic and gel fingernails from a different salon. Tommy did a great job of thinning them down, and filling in the sides and nail beds

Came with my sister to get our nails done before her wedding. Guy at the counter was super rude. Lady didn't even ask my sister what type of nail she wanted and cut off her nails on the first hand assuming she wanted fake. She didn't. My nails turned out like crap and I had to go back to get one fixed the next day and then three days later another chipped and the first gel layer peeled off and had to be fixed.

I went in as a walk-in and had to wait a little bit, which is fine and completely understandable. I forgot to ask my nail ladies name, but I would just like to say this was my first time going and I probably won’t go back. the nails themselves were fine and came out all right, but it was the process of getting my nails done that I didn’t like. first off she never introduced herself to me, which is fine and I should’ve just asked for her name.
I don’t know if it was just me, but I felt like she was just very unprofessionally. She had her top almost completely open were her breast were showing.
and as I was getting my nails done, she cut me as she was doing my cuticles and never apologize for that and just went over it with alcohol and told me wash my hands. I’m not one to to speak up so I just didn’t tell her, but she definitely saw that my nail was bleeding. and then she cut me another time with the buffer and still didn’t apologize. i feel like I’ve had worse nail experiences, but this definitely is up there with them.

I made an appointment at 10 and went in to early to see if it could be done early. They said that none of them were qualified to do a simple french manicure and I showed them the photo and put the picture in when I made the appointment and they said it was doable, but I had to come at 10 because that's when the nail technician was there. Another woman was getting my same nails and they were able to help her right away. I went at 10 after being told over and over again that they're able to do that manicure to them referring me to a place that was another 20 dollars more and then when I called they said that they don't speak english and refused to let me talk to a manager. This place over charges and misleads you.
