I tried to leave this review earlier, but it does not look like it saved. I will NEVER go back to this salon ever! I have never had such a horrible experience. I have never left a bad review anywhere either. I went here today with my mom as gift from her for Christmas. My time here started out rocky but I was trying to give the nail person the benefit of the doubt. First, the nail lady had her personal hairtie on her rolling cart on this light that she had clipped to her cart. When she went to grab it her hairtie dropped into my pedicure water that my feet were in. I of course cringed a little when she didn’t offer to change my water. But I was just going to let it pass and get over it. My appointment only went downhill from here. She clipped my toenails as I requested no issues there, then she did the callous remover which was fine until she took the towel and put my clipped toenails and the dead skin into the water that my feet were soaking in! Again I cringed, but let it pass as I was trying to enjoy my time with my mom. After my leg massage with the oils and lotion she took the same dirty towel and dipped it into my water and used it to wipe down my legs! After that I was done! Completely mortified. Especially as my mom was sitting next to me getting the same pedicure but her nail specialist did not do Any of the things that I was experiencing in her visit! This is not proper infection control. Nor is it safe or sanitary!!! Do not waste your money.Services: Foot massages
