Ben went above and beyond with helping me with my passport renewal. He was quick and knowledgeable. This was my first experience at this post office since moving here, and I am grateful it was such a positive one!

Drive through mail drops removed. Disabled must park, exit car and get into the post office to mail a letter. Put drive by many l drops back.

My mail carrier refuses to bring my packages to my door if they don’t fit in the HOA parcel box or if all of the parcel boxes are already full, so he puts a note in my mailbox saying “mailbox full” and makes me go to the post office to pick up my packages. This has been happening for over a year. I’ve made several complaints and it still happens every time I get packages. Poor customer service. Very frustrating.

I adore the Media Mail program. Instructional manuals, records, CDs, and books can be mailed cross country at a fraction of the cost as long as you specifically follow the rules. All boxes will be searched and comic books are a big no-no.

Horrible customer service. They only want to take your money. If there is a problem with your package that is their mistake they will try to dump you off on another post office location you never dealt with in the first place. Do yourself a favor and use another currier altogether. Even if they cost more.
