I attempted to exchange four propane tanks at the self-serve tank station outside of the Garden Department at the Santee WalMart. After two attempts with the machine throwing error messages at me, I quit. I loaded up my tanks and left.

Self checkout closed, no express line. Long lines. Listened to store manager talk to another lady and was very rough. Don't go here if customer service is important to you. They don't care

This WM in East County was good for what I needed to look for. Compared to the WMs in town I've been to it was well stocked and neat. On a Saturday night it was also surprisingly not too busy.
