I don't expect a 7-Eleven to ever have great service, but I also don't anticipate a queen bee mean girl employee to make me never want to return to the location. Didn't get her name, but she was working at 3am on 5/18. She had some random guy friend (non-employee) loitering right next to her- which I get, as it's a late night shift & she might've wanted him there for safety. But what's not okay is the attitude I received from both of them from just walking in to buy a snack. Sorry I disrupted your chat. Then when I went to check out, the employee's friend stood right in my way at the counter, not moving at all & hovering right by the pin-pad the whole time which made me super uncomfortable entering my pin info. I didn't hear the employee ask if I wanted a receipt (as she practically whispered it & we had a plastic shield between us), and I guess when she realized I didn't hear her, she went "OKAY, I ASKED IF YOU WANT A RECEIPT, BUT NEVERMIND THEN" super loud. When I was walking out, before the door closed, I could already hear them talking about me. Take a seat & get off your high horse, woman.

There is a very kind man in a warden cap and we have a nickname for him. We call him “Slupa?” And he always hits with the best Slurpees. The guy has the swaggest beard ever also! He is the best employee around! He is a lean, tall, skim, older gentleman and the absolute Slurpee plug and an absolute boss! He wears a black warden cap and is amazing! We love him so much he is the greatest.

Don't ever think I'd rate a 7-11 and I have to say this is one of the most dirtiest one by far. But what prompted me to leave this review was the middle aged man who helped me yesterday morning 10-25-2021. So I go in there trying to exchange my points for a drink a brisk to be exact I grabbed the only flavor they had that was zero sugar as I'm a diabetic . I give the man my phone to scan and it wouldn't go through he said I can't redo anything about it so I was like hold on I know what might be the problem I go grab another regular flavor so he could scan that one it goes through and he says that's 10 cents in the most rude way. Any who I wasn't able to take the zero sugar when I asked i could take the one I picked out he gave me the rudest attitude said no you have to pick the one from the picture and slammed the other drink I originally got First of all where does it say you have to pick a certain flavor ??? They didn't even have those at the store but okay never coming back definitely recommend to take your business elsewhere. There are 2 more 7-11s on bouquet canyon definitely worth driving one more minute for good customer service.

I've never thought to review a 7-eleven before and I probably never will again-but I have to put it out there as many, many 7-elevens are private establishments owned by hard working people. The two men (one middle aged, the other upper elder adult) are just plain nasty. I work nights, I have children, I am a frequent energy drink buyer I'm practically there 3x a week. I always say hi, hello, good morning, good evening they look at you and say nothing. Okay fine some people just don't care about customer service. But what really prompted this review was this - 711 now has an app, you accumulate points, and it'll give you cash off purchases, I.e take 2$ off, take 1$ off etc. - this is the THIRD time the older man, clearly hoping I wouldn't see it pop up on the screen, or just that I would keep my mouth shut, SKIPPED it. So I said excuse me can you go back? And he gave me an attitude? Excuse me sir it isn't money out of your pocket period, and just how friggen rude. There are two 7-elevens further down Bouquet both of which have lovely kind people working there if you want just a nicer experience overall. Also I have noticed whenever there is a company promotion such as 2/5$ or whatever, suddenly, no matter what the item is this 7-eleven is sold out. Give me a break, they intentionally don't stock the item for reasons I don't understand. Like I said the 7/11 on bouquet by Montessori is staffed by lovely people, and the one at the bouquet and plum intersection is owned by the nicest guy. Convenience doesn't trump customer service, especially in a time where everyone is struggling.

The older man who is there in the mornings is the rudest employee here! He needs training because every time I go in I leave with the worst customer service experience. I have the 711 app for discounts and I have to ask him to give me the discount each time because he pretends to not know about it. He has also told me he’s got customers waiting so he can’t do it. This man needs further training!

Customers allowed to freely walk around without masks. That bugs me. (Get it? Bugs. I kill me. Which is good, cause I’d rather kill me than corona.) Doesn’t bug Magda the Cashier. Magda the Cashier seems to think it’s not her problem, despite all evidence this year to the contrary. (At least 7-11 doesn’t sell newspapers.) Doesn’t even see fit to sanitize her hands, by corporate mandate. Which is good. This is definitely the platform to be exercising your freedoms and all that. Okay then. I’m all for new hot dog toppings, but I’d really prefer if one of them wasn’t coronavirus. Maybe chili cheese? Just spitballing here. (No pun intended. But seriously, am I driving the whole pandemic defiance at a food source thing home yet.)
