“I've shopped at Warehouse #2 a handful of times since it first opened. The selection is overwhelming in a good way, and if you're looking for pacific sunwear / vans / zumiez / val surf / skater / surfer/ cali / nyc culture clothes, and GOOD QUALITY too, this is the place to get GREAT quality t-shirts, hats, hoodies, beanies, shorts, sweatshirts, long-sleeve shirts, band-shirts, and overall some really hip stuff for mostly young adult men and teen males. I've dropped a few hundred there so far on t-shirts, pants, hoodies, button-down shirts, and jackets (and even a hoodie for my daughter - there's some girls stuff!) and plan on dropping a few hundred more in time!”

“My 12yr old niece adores the Hot Topic near her home in Loma Linda. But the Valencia Town Ctr. location has terrible service. Rude, abrupt, and interrupted... their female clerk thst day was obviously 'being held there against her will'!? She wanted nothing to do with us. Her contempt was palpable!We finally just asked the other gal for assistance with the dressing room and she wasn't much better.My young niece was both hurt and confused as she wanted to spend her allowance along with my gift money on their merchadise. But they seemed more interested in restocking duties than us. The first gal was even upset when my niece needed an shirt size out front of a wall rack hanging on a display hanger. It was out infront of the others. And as it was the only shirt in my niece's size she needed it. But the gal was clearly irritated she wanted that one. I kept thinking "don't you want us to buy anything here?"The lHot Toic location near Loma Linda where my family lives has the best staff!! My family loves them there. Needless to say our special Valencia mall outing was a disappointment for both of us. Just another reason I just do not want to go into shopping malls anymore.Instead of buying what we needed there, we only got a cold shoulder shirt and arm warmers for me niece. As my niece is losing her Mom to advanced pancreatic cancer she really needed a 'win'. Hot topic could have really scored with us that day. Instead, we left upset and mostly empty handed. We won't bother returning. Their staff at the Valencia store obviously don't care either way apparently.☹”

Being a local small business owner myself, I love to share the love and support small. I was pleased to see that though the building for Undecided is no longer open - the business still is and with so much heart! Jeremy was attentive and helpful in guiding me through my choices for the zip up hoodies and purchase. He communicated through the whole process in more than a timely manner. The zip up hoodies were delivered at our door - and purchases were made that day! The logo placement, size, and quality came out beautifully! “I enjoy shopping at this store for many years. I currently moved near this area but I used to frequent this store in the past on a more regular basis. The prices are incredibly reasonable and their customer service is outstanding! A sales lady worked here and I have always been treated and welcomed so warmly by all the staff, including the owner and his wife. The clothes are of high quality for lower prices. You need to ramage into different racks and you find treasures. Ana who is charge displays so much patience with even difficult customers, she greets everyone with a smile and always so polite, courteous and friendly. She is very welcoming as well as her husband. I had moved back from Pasadena area and I came back because I remembered how friendly everyone was here. Nothing has changed. She has been so thoughtful and she puts clothes aside that she knows that I will like. She has excellent taste and her clothes are unique and different from other stores; it appeals to my eclectic taste. I encouraged my friends to check out this tore and I recommend it to everyone as well.”

“I am new to the Fabletics brand. However, last Saturday I bought five compress pants and four high impact sport bras and I must say I have been wearing them all week and I noticed that these pants have helped with heavy and tired legs as I am a older women. I felt so good that I have been able to gain mobility without pain in my legs. I was able to improve my steps daily and as yesterday I actually gained over 10,000 steps and 5 flights of stairs. I also see toning starting in my legs. I believe it's because of these pants because when I put a pair of shorts on my legs got heavy and tired again. I lady that help me was also great and very patient with all of the items I tired on to get the best fit for my body type being a larger lady. The value was get as I got a huge discount being a VIP member.”

Not very good with picking a good match for shirts and ties these ladies helped not only with a great pick but even with shoes and other items like jeans had no clue I'd be fitting into a Slim. “It's been years since I came to tillys but my son needed an outfit for a party the next day so we came here. The girls there were great they helped us find a complete outfit for my son. Gave us suggestions which I don't think I needed because I told my son I have great style. But I don't remember how expensive clothes is came out spending over $300 but I guess it was worth it.”
“Forever 21 has great items to choose from. Lots of sales as well. The employees are friendly and helpful. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it feels very cluttered. The racks are packed were you can't slide hangers to pull clothing items out and hang them back without having a struggle.”
