The person I'm referring is Tina (cashier), I requested some medication OTC that was locked up. I'm a Senior and wanted to verify the expiring date of my medication. She got very upset since she had to unlock the cabinet. She says its all the same. I said please let me just check another one, she also was in a big hurry, which made me more nervous. She then told me a OTC medicine that I wanted wasn't there, but yet I found It. I complained to the Manager who didn't seem to care. She's got horrible customer service, she should not be employed in retain. Worst CVS I've ever been to. Don't go there. Horrible staff. Pharmacy is okay.

I've been going to this store for a few years and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable specially the pharmacy. They are absolutely amazing and service is excellent.

This is now my favorite CVS store. The manager, Bibi is so friendly, helpful, and funny. She makes shopping at this store a pleasure!

Waited 45 minutes to pick up medication. They are disorganized, don’t know where medication is. You called them, they will said they have it ready, and nothing. Avoid this pharmacy!

I can confirm that the other complaints about this pharmacy are unfortunately very true. I understand things get busy and it causes delays sometimes. But this pharmacy constantly and consistently drops the ball even on normal days. They say your prescription will be ready at a certain time and then you go to pick it up and it's not even started. And they often have no idea you even have an order in. The pharmacists are rude and unfriendly- borderline unprofessional. The other staff seem to be gated from doing anything without a pharmacist's help, which creates awful bottlenecks of customers waiting in line. I've personally waiting in long lines here only to be told my prescription isn't ready and I need to sit in the waiting area. Then 30 mins later the pharmacist tells me it's done but I have to wait in the crazy long line AGAIN just to pay for it. Unbelievable. Definitely take your business elsewhere.

After my visit to City of Hope. I called CVS to find out if one of my prescriptions had any refills. Because it's a limited refill the pharmacist I don't know if she was really busy or what the problem was however she very very rude with me absolutely unacceptable

Pharmacy shut down for lunch when i was in line waiting ....they told me my prescription was ready and sorry I had to come back when they reopened. Nobody else was here are on line it was quite ridiculous.

Zero employees?I went to get my vaccines last week and had to wait over an hour for my pre-signed up appointment.The crazy part was that each pharmacist was doing like seven jobs at once and had to stop everything they were doing just to give me my shots. Where are all the other employees? Why are they so short staffed?Why does CVS offer pharmacy services if they aren’t going to actually staff them?

They often close before the posted closing time on their door/ website, anywhere between 20-30 minutes.I recommend going to the one on Soledad Canyon Road instead. It's open 24/hr and the workers are kind.
