“They're my local go to drug store for prescriptions. The staff is great and they usually have whatever i need. The only negative thing I have to say is they never went back to normal business hours after the Covid hype went away. They used to be open until 8 every night as well as opened on Sunday's with a 3 PM close time. Now they close every night at 6 and 3 on Saturday's. Closed Sundays. These hours suck for anyone who works outside of SCV and doesn't get off until 5. Really makes it difficult to get prescriptions picked up. They have a delivery service but half the time I ask for it, it's unavailable.”

“This is my neighborhood pharmacy. I support local business when ever I get a chance.First, the people there are so nice and very helpful. Discrete when you need to ask those embarrassing questions sometimes.I love that they carry my holistic products and if not on the shelf they will order it. So far at most 3 days to arrive. They are very knowledgeable and helpful if you choose to go holistic in your care. I myself prefer holistic and go holistic when I can but I also have to use western medicine. They carry quality vitamins and regular stuff you find in small pharmacies and are much cheaper than greed run pharmacies.Yes, some prescriptions they can't verify on the phone but these for me were pain meds I had needed when I first started there. I sincerely feel this is for your protection as much as theirs. They truly are there to help you always I have found.I really like that they offer delivery at a very fair rate even when I add tip on my card for delivery. I pay $6. Tip not necessary but I give a $3 to $5 dollar tip. The delivery guy is super nice! As a woman, I can say you will feel very comfortable with him delivering your order.”

“I brought my dad here to pick up his current RX, this is his go to pharmacy.... There is reserved parking right in the front of the establishment which is super convenient since it's hard for my dad to get around. It's a pretty small pharmacy but it's much quicker than going to any other larger crowded pharmacy. They have a pretty good variety of vitamins, otc pain meds and they have lots of cold drinks for sale to enjoy while you wait. The pharmacist was very pleasant with my dad & remembered him from previous visits. My dad said he always gets great customer service here. So, it's a very easy in-out place to fill your prescriptions.”

Yesterday my brother was in the store to use the blood pressure monitor and he requested some help monitoring the machine. Dominic came right over to help him. The Pharmacist and whole team are always the greatest...even when they work tirelessly they still go above and beyond to see to it that you're properly counseled well versed when it comes to understanding the importance of the medication and your dosing instructions. This CVS is my go to especially when it comes to getting meds for my family. On my way out I had picked up a few items and was met by an employee I hadn't met before ...Brandon! a newer friendly face to the team! He was taking care of the needs on the floor as it wasn't to busy and as soon as I walked up to the register there he was readying himself to check me out! He wanted to make sure I got everything I needed as we spoke for a minute I got a real great impression from him! Soft spoken and extremely knowledgeable & super helpful! I needed something for my foot as I was in pain; I couldn't find it and I just about gave up ...Brandon explained to me that he knew exactly what I was looking for and immediately showed me where it was! See it's excellent customer service like that which keep's customers like myself coming back again and again! I truly appreciate him going above and beyond! I am happy Brandon is there! I believe he is a perfect addition to the already awesome team! I hope upper management reaches out to him and let him know what an awesome job he is doing!”

“Was visiting this CVS location from NJ to utilize my CarePass rewards for the month, only to find out the card I was using had expired and my pass was no longer active. I was admittedly frustrated at this point and instead of just letting me pay and walk out of the store annoyed, Bibi came to assist me. After I updated my card, it still couldn't be processed, so Bibi said she would cancel out my order and re-ring it all in for me. When she did it, my CarePass came up there and was able to be used. She was extremely helpful, but even more than that, her good attitude definitely helped lift my spirits! Bibi definitely comes across as professional, helpful and caring. I very rarely write reviews, but felt the need to do it for Bibi to express my appreciation :)”
