While the owner was friendly and helpful, the overall service was poorly done. I purchased and installed a new battery in 2021. The technician installed a battery which was too small for the vehicle and it wasn't holding a charge a year later. I had to purchase another battery - this time the correct size - to operate the vehicle. Arc Battery missed the correct size the first time, but didn't admit their mistake and I incurred needless costs at the end. This was an oversight which indicates poor attention to detail.

Great experience. The team has been to supportive and took so much time to answer my novice questions. They had multiple choices for me and all batteries in stock. Getting their help with the installation was also so easy and fast. Same week install. I do not usually do review but felt strongly that I should due to the outstanding experience. One of the few places that offers blem batteries, along with new ones. The owner is a stand up guy, installs the battery for $15 and provides a one year warranty too. I saved somewhere around $70 on a nearly new battery!

The only thing with more dead cells than his batteries is his brain ! This man will give you nothing but bad attitude, after my encounter with him I would never do business with him again..... don't waste your time !
