“I love this store. I see lots of negative reviews about not getting attention. Well, in fact I do enjoy that. If I walk into any place I was raised that I am the one to say hello. I am the one entering the place to look around. I do not expect over the top hellos and attention from the walk in. In fact I find it annoying to be greeted, informed about sales and all that fake (really) helloness. )In Mexico is right the opposite, they will make friends with you from the get go - that almost ruined the trip for me. I had to say to BACK OFF.) If I find something that I like I will make it to the counter and ask a question. To me it is that simple. But I think it is a cultural difference. There are lots of tourists in Sausalito and id think that these people are aware of cultural differences. That is how it is in SOME countries in Europe and it is nothing personal. The greeting, smiling is just over the top and Id think "She is so nice to me because she wants me to spend money here". Well, while that might be true - if i like something I will buy it regardless if someone said hello to me or not. I totally understand the people working there too - now wear that fake smile to strangers to 8 hours per day. C'mon everyone has life and s*** to deal with, you can not be happy ALL THE TIME. Give them a break, they have to deal with hundreds or thousands of tourists from all over the world always. Now imagine to what cultural differences they are exposed to. I understand both sides. If only people loosened up their suspenders, stop taking everything so personally and to the heart, the planet would have been so much easier to live on. There - off my chest”

“I love this store! They make cute and interesting things. Everything is well made, and different. They have bags, scarves and jewelry as well!They are making masks for everyone. They have a variety of styles and fabrics. The people are also nice. My dog also likes going!”

“My friend and I were exploring Sausalito and came across this beautiful store. Everything inside was beautiful from the clothing's designs to the overall aesthetic of the store. The atmosphere of the store was super relaxed. Everything in the store was relatively normally priced for the SF bay area. I bought a pair of sunglasses ($67 after tax, does not come with a hard case.) which I liked at the time. I later decided to return them after realizing it would not match the rest of my wardrobe. (There was nothing wrong with the item itself) I brought the receipt, original tag, and the item back on the same day of purchase; The staff returned them within a few minutes no questions asked. Everyone was super kind and welcoming throughout my whole experience. Definitely will shop here again when I need a pretty dress!”
