I called asking about placing a rush order and Jess was super helpful. I ended up placing the order with a different FedEx, since it was closer to our branch location, and so even though that caused the store extra work, they were very professional about it.

I brought my 55inch tv here to pack and ship for my move as advertised. It arrived not even fully covered in bubble wrap, and no other protection. It was completely smashed.This was a huge waste of my time to transport, load and drive the tv to the store to ship, and now I need to figure out how to dispose of a large tv in a new city while waiting on FedEx to process the claim. It also was a waste of money as the shipping was very expensive. This service is highly advertised on fedex’s site and the wrapping was extremely subpar.

Came in to print a data report of 300 pages to meet a deadline I was on. The self printers only let you print a certain number of pages at a time. The computet crashed twice. The THREE staff members could not have been more unhelpful if they tried. I explained the situation and they toldme they would need 24 hours to print a simple black and white document. Didn't look that busy as they returned to their conversation about their weekend plans. This location should remove the word "print" from its name if this is the level of service they provide, Thanks for nothing.

The manager at this location needs an attitude adjustment. Very unfortunate how they treat their customers poorly for no apparent reason.

If there was a 0 rating, this place would get it. If you want to use their FedEx station to ship internationally, don't do it...they don't know what they are doing. In November 2022 I paid just over $1K for them to ship a care package to my sister in New Zealand. The person I worked with asked a number of questions regarding the products I was shipping and filled out a commercial invoice based on my answers. He promptly gave me an email to review them and their services, which I was happy to do. Three weeks later I got an email that the commercial invoice was improperly completed and if I didn't correct the information in three days, they would send the package back to me but keep my $1K.I then went back to this location and escalated to the manager who said he had no idea how to do this, much less correct it. So why would you have anyone on your team handle international shipping at all? He tried to tell me to contact the FedEx international shipping number and work it out. I told him that he should do it since I paid for their services. So he got FedEx international on the phone. The outcome? He gave them my email to work directly with me to fill out the invoice. Some expert.It is now the end of January 2023 and I am working directly with FedEx New Zealand to make final changes to the invoice so that the contents can be final approved through customs and my sister can get her package. I am unequivocally an expert on shipping to New Zealand using FedEx. But I paid them $1K for me to do the work.The manager is terrible and should not be allowed to even interact with customers. I will never use this location again..they stink.

I used to love this place, but now it's a DUMP! The place is filthy, the machines are always busted, the paper trays are empty, and supplies are nowhere to to be found. What was once a great place to get a little quiet and finish up your project before shipping it off, is just the opposite now, an exercise in futility.

If I could give a location 0 stars this would be it. But because of my encounter a young lady there I have to rate it a 3 I arrived at this location and the line was horrendous. You could not tell if the line was for shipping or if you needed to ring something up. There was a poor girl who was going up and down helping people as best as she could. And then she would call for help and the manager there could not be bothered. He was rude and unpleasant to work with. He would make snarky comments and just did not seem like he wanted to be there. And then after he helped the one customer he left!!!! He left the line and left the girl alone! Bottom line she was awesome!!!! If you want a friendly associate talk to her!!!! Everyone else is rude and unhelpful!!!!

Went in to the Sausalito location for some copies. All was fine with the self-service machine. However, when I needed to interact with the staff on a question, the older male staff member was really unfriendly. He answered my questions, but was abrupt with a tone of "I'm doing you a huge favor by even deigning to answer your questions." Super unpleasant customer service demeanor.

Thank you, associate Anthony, for helping me know I will never come back here. UPS is close by and very friendly. I have never been snapped at so many times in such a short visit to any store for NO reason. I tried to be patient with him being hard of hearing but his patience is clearly zero and takes it out on customers. Never again.

Sausalito FedEx office always worked for me, but everything change : with the manager Edward, and his assistant Mike were super unfriendly to me. I no longer go to this place, it was an absolute disaster every time I came to pick up my stuff, and have no idea why I was treated so badly.The manager if you can call him that was an asshole, super unfriendly and really took his time before coming to the front counter to help me. His assistant Mike used it the same way. Talked to other customers in front of me and didn't help accelerate a shipping issue that cost me time. Do not go here. They are understaffed and this ride and don't care about you.

Came in to this location today, and had a fantastic experience with Andrew. He was professional, polite, friendly, efficient, and beyond helpful. He remained poised when we encountered an equipment issue, quickly identified an alternate solution that would still exactly meet my needs, and, while it meant more work for him, stayed upbeat & positive throughout.And even more impressive than the superior service he gave me, was the way he kept tabs on each of the other customers in the store as they entered & the queue lengthened behind me. And the way he went out of his way to acknowledge them, guide them to solutions if he could, answer any questions that they had, and assure those that still needed his help that he'd be with them shortly.This probably seems a bit gushy, but this guy deserves it. All I'm saying is, FedEx, as soon as you have a printer that can duplicate real objects, you'd do very well to make as many copies of Andrew as those machines could crank out.
