“I came in looking for inkjet printing, which Joanne doesn't offer. She still took the time to help and offered to try it on the machines she has in the shop. Very professional. For cards, leaflets, or any other printing work, this is where I'll go. Highly recommended and impressed by the service.”

“I love these guys! I use them for all my signage needs for all six of my brick-and-mortar locations. The staff is super friendly, always accommodating and they do it all - large and small signs, from vinyl to wood to acrylic to foam core, and also have solid designers in-house that can create designs for my signs when I don't deliver exactly what I need but can only describe it. My only comment is that pricing is not consistent so just make sure you understand rate quotes beforehand. They always work with me on this though, and are typically reasonable, especially when I agree to volume orders. Highly recommended.”

“The Japan Society of Northern California has been working with Smack Happy Design for several years now, and we have consistently been impressed by their team's communication, work ethic, and overall demeanor. We consider the Smack Happy team to be knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Whenever we have any issues with our website, they always respond quickly and with lasting solutions. Our NPO also recently underwent a website redesign with Smack Happy, and we couldn't be more excited by the results. They helped transform our website into something sleek and modern, with an interface that is much easier to navigate for visitors and staff alike. We highly recommend their services!”

“Excellent experience. We reached out via e-mail and got a prompt same day response from Carlos who was immensely helpful. Once we approved the proof the project was completed in less than 48 hours with no rush fee, despite them being very busy with jobs. The print was clear and high quality as were the materials (we used Coroplast). It has been holding up beautifully despite being in full sun outdoors. Beyond that, the customer service of Carlos and team were top notch throughout the process. I highly recommend them.”

“Copymat on Battery St has become my go-to partner for all of my printed materials. Most of our work together over the years has happened async, and it’s always SO smooth: quick replies, clear communication, and reliable results. For a recent project, I stopped by in person to go over the details, and I was blown away to learn that they do even more than what I had been going to them for. They also make and install signage, and they can help source materials. But what really sets them apart is how they treat you. Seth, Ge, and Jin are dream partners. They never make you feel bad for asking questions, and they work through the details with you instead of just taking an order.”

“Jill was very responsive when we had an urgent request to print a poster for a k-pop concert the next day. She adapted to a last minute change we made due to sign size restrictions, and suggested a way for us to modify the sign to bring it into the venue. Her quick thinking and adaptability was really helpful!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Wigt!! After a mishap with an online printing service, I walked in very last minute feeling stressed about my save-the-dates, and Megan completely saved the day. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond, helping me fix the formatting, adjusting the coloring herself, proofing everything on the spot, and even printing them so they were ready the next morning. The quality is absolutely stunning, the price blew the online service out of the water, and the customer service was truly exceptional. I am so beyond grateful and will be recommending Wigt to everyone I know!”

“I worked with Yeti to sidestep our traditional approaches to digital product development, so we could think and act more like a start-up. Rather than investing in a high-cost, high-risk full product build, we worked with Yeti to thoroughly test our concept using rapid prototyping. We now have a concept we absolutely know will work with our market. They're a great partner that brings innovative ideas and a thoughtful approach to digital product design.”

“So love these guys! I do a ton of print work and used to work with a great printer in Hayward that was also stellar. I first learned about them at a local fundraiser; they were both a sponsor and printer for the program. I first approached them because they support the local community. As I stated earlier, the previous printer was great but to be able to have the same, if not better, service from someone just down the street just makes my job that much easier. They make me look good to my clients. I've asked for the impossible and they get it done. They are proactive and help me find solutions. Don't let their website fool you; not at all reflective of what they can do. I was fortunate to get a tour of their facilities before the original owner passed away from cancer. They get work from around the US that other printers can't or don't do. This team is amazing! Try them out and spread the word!”
