Normally, I don’t leave reviews for places even when I am disappointed in the service, but this place was so disrespectful that I could not ignore it. I came to this place because I had a gift card that I needed to use so I thought I’d give it a try. I walked in, said hello and was looked at with confusion. When asked, I said that I needed a pedicure, a fill and a cut down. They sat me in the pedicure chair and didn’t ask anymore questions other than what color did I want. Normally, I have more thorough conversations because yes, I like a design on my nails, but no one decided to talk to me any further than the initial conversation. The woman that did my toes did a very good job so I have no complaints with her. I have no complaints about the ambience because the meditation music was wonderful. It was actually pretty quiet despite some customers having continuous conversations. However, the people that worked on my feet and hands did not talk to me until my toes were done and painted. Thats when I realized that the color I chose needed an extra design so I asked if I could get one. It turned into this big spiral where the man (I assume the owner) had to come over to explain to me that a design would cost another $10. First of all, no one told me how much anything was going to be. I didn’t see a price list anywhere so I had no complaints about how much it was going to cost because I had the gift card. I knew that my nails and toes were going to cost a pretty penny because I have gel nails and gel toes. However, the way that he came to me (being the only black person in there at the time) made it seem as though he was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to pay for their services (I was the only black woman there at the time, but I try so hard not to make it about race. If it was about the color of my skin, that’s a different story). The woman that did my nails drilled my nails too high and burned my nail bed on two different fingers and when I told her that the drill was too high, she turned it down one notch. After she sat me in the chair to finish doing my nails I realize that she was trying to put a color on without putting a base coat on when I pointed it out to her, she said that it would make my nail color last longer, I am getting gel nails so I know that that is not the case. As I told her that they needed a base coat, she proceeded to put me under the UV light without the base coat so the nail polish did not dry and now my nails look like puffy paint. I will not be returning to this location. I don’t even live in the area. I simply came to spend my gift card because I didn’t know of anyone else I could give it to. The customer service was poor and my nails look awful. Im not one to go back and forth. I showed her my nails several times and she blamed it on the UV light being old or broken. Switched the machine, not her process.

This is the best pedicure and manicure service in marin county. Awesome staff of 5* care. The only salon for me and 3 minutes from home.

I walked in on a Saturday. The staff is friendly and the salon is clean. I like that the prices are up and clear at the register. I got a gel manicure and that’s what I was charged for, nothing extra. Lina did my nails and she was amazing. Lina was gentle when cleaning up my cuticles and meticulous. I chose OPI funny bunny for my color, she did 3 coats as she recommended and I’m very satisfied with how my nails came out.

❤️❤️ This shop is amazing and it’s very beautiful and very quaint and nice atmosphere and lovely and Sally and her husband do a great job. I’ve been coming here for a year I travel from San Francisco because it’s worth it. I could not believe the value for the job they did much more affordable than any place. I’ve been in the bay area. waxing as well but no make up men, women and children all are welcome very comfortable and very cozy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?????Services: Nail polish changes
