I typically do not leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with your establishment as I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received.
I placed a mobile pickup order, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect not once, but three times. Both the barista and the cashier were unhelpful and displayed a concerning attitude. While I understand that working on a holiday can be stressful, it does not excuse the rude behavior or the lack of professionalism from the staff.
Additionally, when the male employee spoke rudely to me, I was shocked that the manager, who was present at the time, did not intervene or address the situation in any way. This lack of accountability and customer care was particularly upsetting.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it significantly impacted my experience, and I would appreciate your attention to improving both staff training and customer service in the future.

I tried ordering a drink, Glindas pink potion as stated on the starbucks app and the lady taking the order very rudely said she didn't know what that was. She continued having a bad attitude after that. The menu in the drive thru is very outdated. They still have the summer menu out and it's October 🤦♀️

I do not do negative reviews so this is my first. Ordered a tea and the cashier walked over and talked with 4 other idle employees. She then hung out with nothing to do. She was very rude during my ordering. After about 15 minutes of watching this, I spoke with a barista to see if my tea was coming. Finally she drug over to do her job. She was nasty the entire time. Instead of this place, Head over to Target across the parking lot. Much nicer and responsive. Judging from the other reviews this is a common occurrence here

Dreaded wait. Two drinks and it took over 30 minutes. Apparently they were too busy or something but you can see them walk around and they are just taking their sweet time yaaay.

Rude ass worker. I asked for the passcode for the bathrooms and they ignored me. I had to say excuse me a few more times, just for them to passive aggressively tell me.
