This UPS location did not honor my Bounce reservation for luggage storage. They should really not offer the service if they're not capable of honoring reservations.

Very extremely slow and rude elderly man that started working here. He has zero customer service skills or any intention to get things done quickly. In fact, if you’re in a hurry, he will passive aggressively move even slower and get annoyed that he has to help you. For management, so you know who I’m talking about, he has a huge stye on his right eyelid, beard, unkempt. I’ll be using a different UPS moving forward.

It’s the first time I’ve used this location. I stood in line behind a couple people and listened as Carl, who may be the owner, help them. He was gracious, courteous and had a sense of humor.I was sending back a small box to a vendor with a pre-printed label and needed a box to put it in and wrapping. Carl took my box, said he’d take care of it and charged me a nominal couple of dollars for everything. He gave me the receipt, pointed out the tracking number and I headed home. Later that evening I ran the tracking and it was on its way.Thank you Carl for a pleasant experience. I’ll be back again for my UPS needs in the future.

I go out of my way to ship from this UPS store vs. my other options in the area. The staff are kind, helpful, pleasant, and always advise me on the best way to ship at the best price.

I have been using UPS Store #4414 on Bridgeway in Sausalito for years. Evan and his team are incredibly helpful and have saved me both time and money on numerous occasions (both for personal and professional use). I'm always greeted cheerfully and appreciate the quick and exemplary service. Evan and Carl always remember me and grab my deliveries for me when I walk in the door. I am very appreciative of the reliable service I receive and highly recommend this store to everyone.

Superior customer service today from Evan, Carl, and Howard! It took all four of us to get my package zipped up and sent out- but we did it! They went above and beyond. Thank you so much, guys! I highly recommend this location for it's amazing customer service and efficiency.
