Worst costumer service with worst policies. Their annual subscription is a trap. Cancelling the subscription is not an easy process. They don’t even inform before charging the annual subscription amount. I asked for refund and cancellation of subscription the moment that amount was deducted from my account. They don’t care about their customers/artists. No wonder they have worst rating on TrustPilot.

I've been trying to fix an issue for 2 weeks. The number leads to a full mailbox, response via email is incredibly slow and so far has been the exact same info on the website I had tried two weeks ago. I really need thisissue resolved and a better line of communication. This is important for my studio to run efficiently and the lack of help from this team is incredibly frustrating.

These guys make Autotune, which is.fantastic plugin for those who can sing in key or who want have that robotic pop vocal sound.All I wanted was to try a demo of their cheapest software offering Autotune Access on sale for $30 for Black Friday 2021. They wanted me to enter my credit card number and commit to $25 month subscription of their most expensive software, if I forget to cancel in 14 day. These guys are the only audio plugin maker I know of that makes you sign up with your credit card and commit to an annual subscription to have access to a their free demo.

first they charge me twice, then they don't allow me tk access my product, then claim they don't allow refunds and now customer service wont answer the phone. don't purchase their products.

Really great software. They were purchase form the founder awhile back in 2017-ish. So the software and support are diff than the old days.

This business offers a 14 day free trial. As a student, I was asked to use this trial for a class. Before my trial was completed, this company charged my card. Not only do they charge my card, but they lock you in for a 2 month minimum commitment. There is only one phone number for this company. It appears as part of the Privacy Policy. This number is full and will not accept any voicemails. If you Google and search for anything about this company, the only thing you see is NEGATIVE reviews and complains about being scammed. This is horrifying, especially considering that this is for a trial. The company uses a 3rd party to handle payments and you are unable to even update or change payment methods. There is NO one available to assist or provide help with this. My full 14 day trial was NOT complete before I was charged and I have PROOF of this. I want my money back and I will NEVER use this company again. I will also tell everyone I know, including the music department, to never use this company again. It is absolutely shady. Even the FAQ that shows how to cancel the subscription is out of date. The screens that they show to "assist" you are outdated and not the same screens that you see on your computer. Shame on you for these shady tactics and also for avoiding customers that have questions. The product reviews on Yelp also should be considered. If people are complaining of losing their hard work by using this software, this company should be available to assist their customers instead of making it hard as possible to communicate and cancel their subscription. If you have to trick people out of their money by a SCAM trial period, then maybe consider what you are providing as a business. Not a good look.

I purchased AutoTune EFX+ and have been trying for weeks to get it to work on my new computer to no avail. I have filed upwards of 10 different tech support claims over the past month and only one of them has gone answered. They sent me information that would have been very beneficial... if I was using a Mac. I'm on PC and the download they sent me to clean my corrupted license only worked on Mac. I cannot even access autotune on my computer rendering this purchase entirely useless.

I don't think I will ever buy another product from this developer again due to my bad experience with their tech support. This morning I purchased the Mic Mod EFX and for whatever reason the installation is not going as it should. I contacted their tech support who sent me instructions and I followed their directions to the letter, but once again the installation failed. I reported this failing to them and then whoever on tech support that is working on my case decided to respond in a very rude fashion which I immediately called them out on, and once again reported my issue which I'd very much would like to solve and they have yet to respond back. I not only find this shocking, but it's a total turn off for me as a paying customer and because of this horrible experience I will never finacially support them ever again for their tech support's shameful and insulting behavior.
