“I happened upon them by accident, trying to find another business in the same complex. It had been a really difficult day and I ran into the owners (?) who helped me find where I was going. They were so incredibly kind and brought me out a box of their English toffee to brighten my day. When I say this was the best toffee I have had it is an understatement!! What an incredible and delicious product. Additionally the two gentlemen who helped me were incredibly kind. Highly recommend!”

The staff is friendly and attentive considering that the large volume of customers that can be here sometimes might mean service can be a bit slow. The biggest knock against it is pricing really. Even considering the area it's a bit expensive for what you get.”

“For Valentine's Day, our family winery, Cooper-Garrod Vineyards, worked with Jennifer at Ashby Confections to come up with four chocolates that paired with four of our estate-grown wines as a Valentine's Flight for customers. It was a smash success. Jennifer and her team went above and beyond; Jennifer visited in person, tried our wines, suggested pairings, and even invented (yes, invented!) some flavors specifically for our wines - and the results won rave reviews from our customers, making it a really special holiday here. Her creativity, her knowledge of flavors, and the quality of the products are just outstanding. We look forward to future collaborations!”
