Richard at Extra Storage deserves more than five stars! His customer service is outstanding — he’s always friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered. I really appreciate how patient and professional he is every time I need assistance. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers, and Richard makes the whole experience stress-free. He’s the reason I feel confident and comfortable storing here. Highly recommend!

I reserved my unit online and actually met the Manager Richard on Saturday 16 August. He deserves 5 stars for his customer service. He patiently showed me the way the lift operates, suggested where I park to unload items and even told me a little bit about his family (which I enjoyed hearing about). I am so glad I reserved my unit at the Scott's Valley location!

For a recent move we rented two large storage units. The spaces were easily accessible, clean and manager went out of his way to help us get lockers that were on the first floor for the ease of access. My only concern is on the north side of the building. There seems to be a lack of security cameras. Overall and very pleased with the service. It was located right there at the exit and on-ramp for route 17 in Scotts valley.
