Scotts Valley liquors has always got the interesting folks working there and they have always been super friendly and helpful . They have an excellent selection and can cover just about any ingredient need for cocktails , beer , wine .......they have it ALL !!

The guy with the mutton chops yelled at me like I was stealing when I was waiting for my dad to finish his transaction. I get it you gotta do your job but if that guy is gonna have a job and represent the business he needs to learn to make an actual apology and not just throw his hands up like him being a dick to me was some kind of inconvenience to him. Wouldn’t feel good going back here after treatment like that. If I was the owner I would want to know right away if my employees were chasing away sales like that.

A few days from my wedding I asked about my bill from U-Save as I hadn’t received it. My wedding planner said that I would get the bill once the alcohol arrived. We actually made plans to get some wines from Costco as a backup as we were worried it wouldn’t arrive on time. I was told I would be alerted when everything was ready. The day before my wedding I still hadnt heard anything but I was busy with the welcome party and what not so I wasn’t constantly checking up on it as I was before. My guests went to this liquor store down the street from our hotel that day, which apparently is Dominic’s liquor store because the person there (I’m assuming it was Dominic) harassed my guests about me not paying my bill. My guests came back shocked and a little disturbed. I was FURIOUS. Come to find out the bill was sent A FEW HOURS before this incident. Even if I had been DAYS late that is no excuse to harass my guests about a bill that they have nothing to do with that I’ve been asking about for the last few days. WILDLY unprofessional. I can’t even believe that he thought that was anywhere close to acceptable. Shame on you

Liquor galore. First liquor store I've been to where it held up it's name. Think of any liquor, beer products and this place will probably have it.

Do not bother going to anywhere else to buy your alcohol! This is the friendliest and lowest priced liquor store you'll find! These people carry just about everything you might want at about 3 to 5 dollars cheaper than anywhere else. Plus they are nice smiling and greet you when you walk in and when you walk out customer service is not dead here! A bag of ice is only $2.70! Plus they have butter, rum, Lifesavers! Woo hoo!
