I’ve always felt that getting my nails done was a waste of money because I never received the level of service that felt worth it. However, Tam at Paris Nails completely changed my perspective. She poured her heart and soul into doing my nails, ensuring that every detail was perfect and the final outcome exceeded my expectations. Her patience was remarkable—she spent two and a half hours giving me the most amazing manicure and pedicure experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to her, I’ve decided to start doing my nails regularly from now on

I needed my nails done at the last second. I was hoping for a mani Pedi before heading to my friend's wedding.
They had availability right away for a walk in and they do gel!
It was perfect and easy and quick. The color options were great and they were really friendly.
They take card, but tips have to be in cash. I highly recommend them!

Came for a gel pedicure at 5pm on a Monday and it was great! Haven't gotten a pedicure in a while but this made me want to go more often. Super meticulous on the polish and didn't feel rushed.

TERRIBLE. I rarely write reviews. Very rushed manicure. THE NEW NAME OF THIS SALON IS PARIS NAIL, however is name diva nail on maps. Nail tech buffed my one nail so hard it started to bleed. I rarely write reviews but this place needs one. I asked for dipped nails. She made them extremely thick. They look tacky. Friends at work asked what was wrong with my nails. Manicurist even buffed them uneven. I also noticed this place had only one other pedicurist and only one other costumer in the building. I came here because I moved to the Scott's valley area bur going to make the truck back to the mission and Capitola area. Pictures attached.

My ex husband took my 11 year old daughter to get a pedicure and by the end of the day the paint was already starting to peel off.

Very rushed, more expensive for a gel manicure than I'm used to. No massage and I was left with cuticles that looked worse than when I started I didn't realize how much gel was on my skin until I left. Super bummed. Thought I'd try somewhere different.

I called and made an appointment for a pedicure and a manicure and paid for the top of the line pedicure, I told the ladies I didn't want a leg massage, I only wanted a good foot scrub and to take off the dead skin, she took a loofah and and went back and forth one time on my feet and pulled up my pants and spend 50 minutes massaging up and down my legs! I left there w the same dry dead skinned feet as I walked in there with, she pretended to know what I was saying to her the whole time, but did not and it was the worst experience I ever had, then had to pay 80 bucks leaving for a job that wasn't done, I was so disappointed that

My friend recommended the salon as she usually comes for simple manicure (only nail and cuticle cut.) Went in to ask for a gel mani and pedi appointment. The middle-aged Asian women who answered me was very rude (my guess she was the shop owner). Not sure she had a bad day or what but I ended up going to another salon close by. Well, one star for customer service as they don’t know the importance in the beauty services to help customers to relax and boost positivity. Who wants to come back after that terrible experience?
