For years we have been travelling and relying on this branch of PostalAnnex+. They have great communication, are exceptionally prompt in addressing any issue, and are always cheerful and friendly. I don't know what we'd do without them.

Poor customer service is the reason for the rating. Just needed to drop a prepaid DHL envelope but was greeted with a rude condescending attitude when asked what I wanted. After explaining I only needed to drop off my envelope, I was told where to place it like I should've known amongst the plethora of boxes and packages strewn about the store. If I had the time I would've driven to the next closest pickup point in San Jose and told the woman to get bent.

I have used Postal Annex in Scott's valley for over 10 years. They are awesome. Fast, pleasant and get me whatever I need so I can be on my way. Highly recommend!
