We’ve been using the Scotts Valley Quest diagnosis for several years, it’s the closest to our home. We have never been able to get an appointment in a timely fashion. For this episode, we were turned away three different days. The first day we ended up going to Dominican in Santa Cruz because the doctor wanted the test done that day. Two weeks later when we came back for fasting bloodwork there were three other people already checked in and seated the waiting room. Over the next 45 minutes no one came out to check on us. One by one each of the people who were ahead of us left without being helped. One other person came in and sat down, apparently to drop something off, they waited about 15 minutes and then left. The screen in the waiting room still showed 4 people waiting when the staff member came out they did not seem to know what had happened to the other people, told us she was supposed to go to lunch. I find it hard to believe that anyone would be so oblivious or inconsiderate to wait until the very last minute to notify people that she had to go to lunch.

The staff was waiting and ready for me, as I was the last appointment of the day. Both seasoned pros, Fayah and Rose were efficient, had a great sense of humor, and helped me eliminate the need for a second test the next day by offering me to complete all tests that same day. These two work really well together, and I will happily return to this location!

Horrible signing in system and the staff doesn’t take their jobs seriously AT ALL. If you are one minute late to check in, your appointment gets erased by the next person signing in. DON’T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME HERE!
