Tried hard, but was condescending and in her attitude. Communication skills were poor. Her English was not very good. She could not find my doctor on the computer . She would ask me question but would not want me to answer. Personally, I would not go to the Scotts Valley Quest that's where she was. I would go somewhere else.

My phlebotomist which I didn't catch her name was great. She was quick hardly felt it and she also put my information in and had it all under control. She was middle aged and was great. although my husband had a different phlebotomist, a young girl and she was terrible, he'll leave his own review. I went to the Scotts Valley Quest. I would personally go to a different Quest just to make sure I didn't get the young one my husband got!

The phlebotomist running this Scott's Valley (CA) office was great. She was able to find my threadbare veins and not hurt me at all. I've been a pincushion in the past. I was a walk-in and she fit me in.

Impressive! The reminders and check-in process was helpful and easy to do. Today, I had the best phlebotomist - quick and painless.

Pretty smooth process and positive experience. The woman drawing my blood was very friendly and skilled!

Julie did a great job. I needed a lot of vials drawn and she moved through it with kindness and care. It was easy to park, my appt was on time, the facility is clean.

Horrible!!!!! Walk in's welcome is fake news. What a joke! There is no such thing. I've been four times and never have they been able to see me. "Not available at this time". Bleh.

I hate to give 1 star but no stars isn't an optionIn the past i had fantastic experience in santa cruz at their location near ocean street..Let's talk about Scott's Valley though...So far the employees here seem to hate peopleHate lifeHate the medical field and hate their jobsSo here's the deal - I've been in and out of the medical field due to my own struggles.. I'm now healthy and work in elder careI have many clients who are sent in for blood work or urine tests etc .. cause you know they're sick .The way quest is today is ridiculous..instead of walk ins they want you to make an appt ..fine .. wait 2 weeks to 4 months since they only employ 1 or 2 angry badgers to man the desk/draw bloodSounds easy enough but most people going in are sick or incapacitated in some way and now you want them to make an appt .. so this makes it even harder to find them a ride because if you make an appt then the few rides available will likely not be able at said timeIf you come for a drop in they will not only shame you but treat you like trash and then make you wait hours and hours as punishmentDoesn't matter if you're dealing with chemo or dialysis and on your death bed as an elderly personHow dare you inconvenience my ego and lack of compassion with your failing healthSeriously peopleDo better .. you're awful and need a new line of work ..maybe a slaughter house is more ideal since you lack care for the living ...

It's impossible to get through to a person. My doctor sent me to Quest for a fasting blood test. They only do scheduling via automated system (or if you can reach a person, it is extremely hard to figure out how to do so). I needed additional help in scheduling and could not get it.

Absolutely horrible experience. The woman checking ppl in (brunette, hair in a bun) was so rude and so mean to every single person who walked in. Specifically she became increasingly loud and angry with an older gentleman who was having trouble using the check in machine. She said “well now I’ll have to stop what I’m doing again and try to help you again!” Walked over to him and said “I can’t help you anymore I have appointments!” Then a gentleman came in with an appointment but was 6 mins late and she told him she “skipped him so he would have to wait with everyone else”. Getting blood drawn sucks and instead of making the experience more tolerable, she was an absolute witch. DO NOT go to Quest on Scott’s Valley drive. I would drive in traffic over 17 to not have to deal with that again!

After the lab tech could not find my paperwork at Quest on Soquel, I went to my doctor's office and picked up the lab paperwork. I took it to the Quest office in Scotts Valley. I waited until Rose could assist me. She was so professional, and personal. I wish all your employees were as nice as she is. She had to take six vials of blood, and I never felt anything. Please let her know that she is a gem.

Easy appointments online. You can your QR code or use the machine in the lobby to check in. Plenty of parking. Large lobby, waiting area. Best to make an appointment since it’s a small office. They pointed out that one test was not covered by insurance so I decided to get back to the doctor to make sure the diagnostic codes were correct. The two ladies were very pleasant. Took their time. This is my second visit to this office. I like the fact that it’s not crowded and plenty of parking outside.

I had a really hard time getting my blood drawn at the last two places that I went. The woman who helped me today had no problem drawing my blood after realizing that my veins roll. I'll be back!

I noticed they have 2 stars and this is unfair so I had to write a review. Rose is very nice but she is the only person working so she can’t help everyone specially if you don’t have appointment. Definitely more staff needed in this location.

This is a most delightful place for lab tests. The staff is wonderful! I did not even feel a pinch with my blood draw!
