Wife works here and the man that drives the van from salinas to santa cruz (thu,October 20 /2022 ) The driver of the company van drove off at 4:01 AM, when other drivers leave at 4:05 - 4:10 AM. This specific driver is the only one that we have been having issues and nobody seems to care. This is not the 1st time or the 3rd time that he leaves my wife behind… if he doesnt have patients he should stick to his job and leave the driving to someone who has a team work mentality… i have no clue why this place is still operating it should have been shut down already… these working environments in 2022 its basicly slavery… update nov 25, 22 can you belive they forced ma wife to work on friday november 25 in order to get paid thanks giving day or else they were not going to get paid… but aint it law that federal holidays get paid regardless… this is a curupt company that literly dont care and play by its own rule amd have no regards twords ppls life or the law… seriously looking into sueing this place…. Stay away dont come here for your own good this company only stresses u and brings you problems… most of the workers here are family members so if they dont like u they will kick you out one way or another

Harsh working conditions and mandatory overtime in manufacturing.

To work here - especially in manufacturing - is grueling hard and dirty work, this is a one owner sweatshop with no value except as a small paycheck in these hard times finding employment. Constant turnover of employees, continual new hires, minimal training and just what was/is the Teamsters union here all about - not making things better. Desperate for work? you must be to work here. )^:Maybe the products are good, they sell enough of them - making them not so good.EXPOSURE TO their "natural ingredients" has given me psoriasis symptoms to scalp and other body areas - this job is still affecting me 8+ years later. THERE SHOULD BE MORE REGULATION... users of people.

I work in Recieving as a Materials Handler and I can honestly say that I fully enjoy every aspect of my jobs as well as my coworkers and supervisors. I’m learning everyday and know there is potential for growth and exploration within the company as time moves on. I am extremely grateful I took a position with this company. I actually look toward to going to work and getting the job done. For years I began to think Id never be able to say that lol ??????? ?????

If you are a driver making delivery to this place do not go to 23 Janis Way. Stop on Pueblo before little bridge and look on your left side there is the gate with small sign that Threshold receiving is here. Very tight room for back up there from Pueblo because ACE customers parking. Normally they are open at 8:30. If for some reason you pass this place go on Pueblo (Right) and make right at Carbonero and another right at Scots Valley Dr.

I've been with the company for over 12 years and it is truly like a Phoenix rising from previous ashes. This company represents the future of wellness and healthcare. Many challenges to still over come, join now and be on a winning team.

The management is low quality which shows on the production floor.Lots of turneover due to high number of layoffs and quits. Too much gossip and if you want to move up the ladder need to suck up to management.

Difficult work environment, unsanitary conditions, poor training and constant injuries/accidents. Many of the older employees actively said "don't worry about it" in regards to serious health and safety violations. It took me the better part of a shift to convince my supervisor that there was a broken pipe leaking water into my supposed to be very Dry and clean room. Just before I signed on, the FDA fined them a few million for violations.....I probably would have shut them down and shoved the regs down their throat until they got the message. NEVER buy any of their products, odds are it has someones snot, hair or worse in it.
