The process of parcels delivery thru locker box is horrible. Package size is known, delivery box size is known - why the heck it has to run into same issue to try to deliver it packages that does not fit every time? I adds extra day at least every time. This has been happening for years.

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had while attempting to pick up a package that had been delivered to our office.
The package was addressed to my supervisor, and I had all the necessary information to retrieve it, including the tracking number, confirmation number, and my employee badge. Despite this, the front desk staff member, Robert, was dismissive and uncooperative from the moment I approached.
I tried to explain the situation respectfully, emphasizing that I was an employee simply retrieving a package for my boss. Robert refused to acknowledge the information I provided and insisted it “didn’t match,” even though I had clearly stated the package was not under my name. When I showed him my badge, he responded rudely, saying, “You people want it to be your way,” which I found both unprofessional and deeply offensive.
His behavior was unnecessarily confrontational and showed a complete lack of courtesy and customer service. I understand there are policies in place, but they should be enforced with respect and basic human decency—neither of which were shown in this interaction.
I hope this issue will be addressed so that future visitors or employees do not face the same kind of treatment. Respectful communication should be the standard, especially in a professional setting.

Today my package was scanned in at 10:17 as arrived. At 10:30 it was scanned as ready for pickup. Even though it should have been delivered straight to my house. I arrive at sometime around 11 a.m. to pick up the package they try to tell me they haven't received it yet. I show them the tracking information they once again try to tell me that they haven't received it yet. I say I'll sit and wait to talk to the manager because these are live animals I'm picking up. 5 minutes go by and the tracking information magically goes from ready for pickup to deliver. 2 minutes later they come outside with my package talkin about all the truck just arrived even though the tracking information says it arrived an hour ago it was packed down 30 minutes ago(USPS in general is OK and all my time in Connecticut and elsewhere in California this is the worst experience I've ever had it's happened multiple times to me while I lived in Scotts Valley glad I don't live there anymore)

Mixed reviews about this POST Office. My experience with the counter folks have been very positive and helpful. They take the time to explain the process and the different options for mailing packages and certified mail.
My residence is a bit rural so oftentimes I get a slip in the mailbox to pick up a package. They're always very prompt and courteous at counter. I know they sometimes deal with customers that are less than respectful.
Song has worked many years and exemplifies the professionalism as well.

You’ll be better off paying more and using a different service, especially if you want your packages delivered on time

Do you know what, to be honest I’m not so sure USPS as a whole does a great job, but I have to say the clerks have always been nice. And I really think frankly, that Scotts Valley, and perhaps the world is full of a bunch of complaining Karens who love to drop a one star review when they don’t get what they want. Be nicer people, and maybe the world will be nicer back to you.

We have rural mailboxes and large packages can't be delivered.I get Amazon notifications on my phone when this happens and I head in to get the packages.A short guy with white hair at the front got super snotty with me because I didn't have the pink slip that they drop off in the mailbox.I tried to explain that I don't empty that mailbox but get notifications electronically.This little weasel tried to be condescending and sarcastic until I told him loudly to just stop talking to me and do his job and go get the packages.

For over 30 years I never had someone as rude as the front desk here . I'm not going to say his name but his attitude and disrespect is toxic and I hope that he sees that talking down to people is not the way.

This is my second issue this month with my local Scott’s valley usps. Amazon and fed ex deliver packages with no issue but USPS tracking claimed I had an “insufficient address” even though its the correct address and is sending my package “back to sender” I’ve waited 8 days for the package and now there sending it back to the sender ?!! Ridiculous. I try and call to resolve the issue and ask for my package to get delivered since it has my correct address on it and the office phone just rings for 4 minutes and hangs up. I’ve called 5 times- no answer.
