A great big shout out to Rick for a very fast fix to my malfunctioning three wheel scooter. My scooter would not engage the motor, but battery was fine. I took it over to the store. He did a quick inspection of a connection and found a bent pin. He straighten out the pin, and the scooter ran fine. I tried to pay him, he refused the money cause he said he didn't do any thing..but I explained to him ....it saved me a lot of trouble. He wished me a Merry Christmas...he really is a nice guy...

The rubber tip on my cane needed to be replaced, & this is my "go to" place for it. They were out of rubber tips for my cane (due to Covid), but the owner find a tip & replaced the rubber tip at no charge!! This place is GREAT!!!

The owners and employees are so helpful and kind. Being disabled, you look for the type of personalities that are empathetic and can make your bad day not feel so bad. The people at Alpine Home Medical are just those people with qualities and the heart I look for. Thank you to them for getting my scooters going and taking the time to give me information and compassion that is needed! I would recommend this store and service with my 5 star rating. Kudos to Ben, Rick and Martin for excellent customer service!

I am very impressed with this place. I use a walker and took it to a place in LB to order a new Drive Niitro Brake Cable but they wouldn't touch it. My husband suggested Alpine and we went over there and he was very helpful. He called for the part and ordered it. Within 9 days he called to say it was received. The walker was taken over soon after receiving the call and was repaired within 90 minutes. The most amazing part is I wasn't charged for replacing it! If you need any repair on your walker or medical supplies give them a call or go by. Their prices are reasonable. I can't say enough how helpful they are
