“I went through th car wash after a road trip when my car was super dirty. After the wash, I still had a lot of dead bugs and bird poop on my car. I asked if I could drive through again, and they let me have a complimentary second wash and went above and beyond, scrubbing down my car and spraying it with a high powered hose to get off a lot more of the muck before my second time through the car wash. The three car wash attendants spent at least 10-15 minutes trying to clean it! They each had a good attitude, and like I said, really went above and beyond! I really appreciate the extra time and energy they spent making my car sparkle!”

“We have been banking here for 12 years. It is a brick-and-mortar branch as well as an ATM outside. Parking for the ATM is pretty easy. Branch staff are professional & remember our names every time we go inside. A couple times they even called us to suggest we switch the type of account we have to optimize our services. They have a notary, but call ahead because they aren't always there. Good neighborhood branch with personalized banking.”
