I was more knowledgeable on how to factory reset my phone- your own employee had to ask me how to do it- flat out embarrassing for a professional store especially after the leak of 400,000+ people information- makes me think about switching carriers

The staff here is way more competent and professional than the other branches nearby. I almost gave up and switched back to my former carrier. I’m very glad the Seal Beach team was able to help me resolve a network issue. They literally restored my confidence in my decision to switch to ATT. Thank you!

Took down my negative review, that was a mistake...
My original review was a complaint about how my phone was taken in for a trade-in but the store never sent it to AT&T and made me fight to get my trade-in credit months later.
Now I find out, not only are they being fishy with trade-ins, but they also alter your bill without your permission to boost their sales.
I was signed up for at&t next and upgraded to the most expensive plan WITHOUT my knowledge or consent.
Don't trust these people with your business. Specifically Michael and Steven (who was the previous store manager). You will regret it, trust me.

After purchasing an iPhone 15 online, I was directed to either mail the old phone with a pre shipped label or take it to my neighborhood store. When I called the location in the Rodeo 39 center on Beach Blvd, they denied that they were able to do that and kept insisting that I just mail it.
I knew they were lying, so I called my other neighborhood store. Seal Beach was the best. “Bring it on in” the guy on the phone said. When I arrived Emer handled it with ease. I was in and out in 15 minutes. There are just some locations that get customer service right. Seal Beach is one of them.

My 93-year old mother needed a new cell phone that was easy to work, she is an AT&T customer so she went to this store. I don't live near her and am thrilled with the customer CARE (much more than customer service) she received from the manager, Jenny and Amir at this store. She went alone knowing what she wanted. With no phone in stock, Jenny fixed that, found one at another store and made sure my mother got that phone to take home. Amir was on the phone with me while my mother was checking out making sure that what she had was correct. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the care, patience and TIME these folks took with my mother, makes it simpler for me to live where we do knowing there are people like the folks at this AT&T store. I just wanted to say 'YAY' for having employees like Jenny and Amir at that location, makes me smile knowing my mother had such great CARE! Thank you so much!!!

Jenny & Emre were very helpful and very patient. They did what they could to make sure everything went smooth and was taken care of. This location is very helpful and take the time to make sure all is taken care of.

Super friendly crew and amazing customer service. The store was very clean and I highly recommend this store, had one of the best experiences buying what I wanted and receiving it within a reasonable time frame. Good job to this crew.

Not helpful Doors not open till 9:20 Then she says she can't do anything as the internet is down And she says the screen protector with life time guarantee that I got this year is not something they carry in the store Not a great experience
