Too many cheap quality knockoff brands. You can get discounted name brands for basically the same prices elsewhere.

No wonder this store is so quiet and have no business because the customer service here is unbelievable. I was there when they open and I asked the lady if they changed their store hours because I thought they usually open at 8am. So she answered me "I don't know what you're talking about the hours are over there " she was referring to look at it myself because the hours are on the doors. I can't believe how hard is it to just kindly reply to your customers a simple question. How can you shop at a place where they have no basic respect and manners with their customers.

Pleasant shopping experience. The store was super clean and organized. Carol and Rosa were super friendly and had exceptionally good customer service.

Kudos to Jason, the Burlington cashier who was challenged with handling the very long line of customers with no help from his manager or team. The customer behind me called the store manager on her cell phone to rally some support for Jason. Not sure how a big store could only staff one cashier on a busy Saturday. Thanks to Jason for working so hard until help arrived.

I haven't been to one of these stores in YEARS. I was at Kohl's so I decided to check it out... NOT impressed at all. I've been looking for a few new pieces to add to my wardrobe. I found 4 items that I liked then headed to the fitting room. It was closed. There was a sign that said they are only open Friday-Sunday. *annoyed* What's up with that? People shop EVERY day of the week. So I had to put out money to purchase this clothing just to try on at home then take the time (and gas) to drive back over there to return items I didn't like or fit right. I got in line to pay. I waited about 15 minutes. There was ONE cashier and roughly 8 people in line. So ridiculous. When there was 1 person left in line ahead of me another cashier came. (And then a 3rd one came while I was finally at the register checking out).The only positive about this place is that it wasn't a dirty dump. It was quite clean.Having said that, I won't be back again. Well, besides to make a return if the clothing doesn't work out. :-/

Yesterday’s experience was different than usual The manager walked around the store around 10:30pm telling everyone she was closing at 10:45pm when I know they close at 11 PM I guess they wanted to leave earlier.. also after paying, when I tried exiting the doors they were all locked and Because the cart’s don’t go outside my hands were full with heavy shopping bag’s I had to wait for the manager to open the doors for me. Usually my experience here is easy and pleasant for some reason it was off last night.

This location always has a nice assortment of merchandise to choose from. Their restrooms are always clean. Nice big parking lot.

Dressing rooms closed.Only 1 cashier on 2 visits. One to buy and one to return items.Not a workable business plan.

Cashiers are friendly for the most part. HOWEVER, when the line in long and slow, please please please, get some backup. I shop during my break, and had to leave my cart because of slow moving purchase line.
