If we could leave a 0, we would. After converting from Ameritrade, which had also declined in recent years, it's been continual misinformation and actually documented lies in my opinion, from different staff members, receipts, recorded phone calls via messages from Corp, etc. Big bucks are being held against their receipt of deposit and documented statements from several reps locally and primarily from Corp to generate income for their co. off our funds even though all funds have been confirmed and again, against the above statements. This was done post transaction after they found out that we may want to withdraw some of the funds resulting in intentional harm and loss of significant income breaching a transactional commitment here of which all factors stated at the time, are binding. Stay away from SCHWAB with their arrogance, severe lack of customer service, condemnations, misinformation, sloppiness, and worst of all, unwillingness to correct heir own errors. There are many other responsible brokerages available to tolerate such unprofessional and IMO thus far, illegal behaviors.

Condescending woman at the front desk. People are not born knowing about investing. We educate ourselves and we ask questions.It was obvious that I needed help and some clarification. Walking into Charles Schwab, I would expect to be treated with respect. I should not be "looked at" as if I do not belong there. And I should not be spoken to in a condescending manner either.Her job at the front desk is to make people feel welcomed and answer questions.Instead, she had a tone and really made me feel as if, I did not belong there. She really needs to reevaluate her position.

We came to transfer another account to Schwab. The lady who greeted us was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable . Lots of parking next to the building. Comfortable chairs in the lobby. No wait.

I'm very impressed by this financial institution. I came in yesterday to open a solo 401k for my small business and asked if it could be open before the end of the year. Sean (or maybe it's Shawn - I should have asked how to spell his name) went above and beyond by putting a request to expedite, called me later that afternoon to inform me that they were hoping to get it open by today, and said he'd call again once it was open. Sure enough, he called today to tell me it was open, and walked me step by step to help me access my online account and get the bank info I needed to make my 401k contribution. I've never had such prompt and personalized service from a bank before. Shoutout to Sean for awesome customer service! Thanks so much.

I am very pleased with my service at Charles Schwab. This is the closest branch to my home and it's always a drive work taking. (15-30 min) Richard Medina is the client specialist that always helps my mom with investment questions, app questions and literally anything that has to do with Charles Schwab he's so ready and available to help the clients. I'm so pleased having an account here. I've been to other locations, but this one treats us like family. Thank you Charles Schwab and Richard for all you have helped us with.

It is next to impossible to get to speak with anyone at my branch.It takes at least 3 days and 25min on the phone speaking with 3 different people. The call center tried to help me over the phone. It took 3 different people then. Where my money is going, no one could explain. All I want is to sit down with an account rep and show me. After I get my account straightened out, I will be closing my account. Most people, myself included get complacent about reading their statement.

My experience with this office has been horrendous. My rep rarely called back and the worst experience is my rep, Greg White, FORGOT to send my RMD. This experience left me with a IRS penalty, indifferent attitude from manager. Beware of this office!!

Best customer service ever. They opened a Saturday with appointment for my husband to be able to come in to open an account with them. They explain everything about their company business ethic and customer loyalty.

Trisha was wonderful. I had had an ongoing issue with a different Charles schwab location - weeks and weeks of phone calls, emails, verifications not working, etc etc. I walked into this location, spoke to Trisha for 2 minutes, and my problem was resolved. Plus she's very professional and personable. Thanks, Trisha!

I opened a checking account online, but went in to make a deposit. Kenneth at the front desk was fantastic! He was very friendly, professional, and more than happy to help me learn how to use the Charles Schwab app. Absolute best customer service rep anyone could ask for!
