I opened business accounts and credit cards with Emily. She was great throughout the process! She was very professional but personable at the same time. Good job!

The most useless branch now… Tellers are absolutely unprofessional and don’t know how to even talk properly to people and customers. No manners and no knowledges at all. They hardly can make a sentence with any sense. This branch was great before… Very sad.

Change your hours online, you're educated enough to be progressive about this. Nobody likes driving to the only chase in seal beach and find out its not open because of youre irresponsibility.
